It’s a typical homeschooled afternoon, 2015 is the year I started fifth grade less than two months ago;
letting my yorkie mix puppy Chloe outside, the breeze is most telling that we are in the awkward season
before fall officially starts. After bringing Chloe inside I head to the garage where we have stored our
overflow fridge, in it lies my daily choice of meal, a garlic cheese hot pocket. Now in the kitchen I pop the
hot pocket in the microwave for four minutes and twenty-five seconds. While that cooks, I also prepare a
sandwich baggie to pour my pretzel sticks into, but no food item is complete without a drink my
preference is A&W root beer. Entering my living room, I immediately see the Netflix logo asking me to
pick which profile I want to use. Picking my profile, I then proceed to put on Netflix show life with boys. If
there is one thing, I wish I would’ve appreciated more was this time in my life. It’s the little moments in
life that we should cherish before they are gone.
