Transformation in Thoughts
Organization Analysis and Problem-Solving taught me how to better understand the inner
workings of organizations, particularly educational institutions, through lens theories and
provided me with a transformational learning experience. Organizations are multi-dimensional
complex entities. This course challenged me to self-reflect and look deeper into my perspective
and gain wisdom. Luke 2:52 states, "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor
with God and man." (King James Version, 1769/2018). Growth is continuous, as Christians’
spiritual and intellectual growth is a lifelong process. I truly enjoyed having the opportunity of
using practical application to apply lens theory with problem-solving and gaining greater wisdom
and growth.
