you to better understand your organization. Explain how the questions have helped you

I serve as a director and adjunct instructor at a Florida State College. I have served
the college for nearly twenty years, throughout my tenure the end of each fiscal year
brings about an administrative reorganization or as we call it “administrative shuffle”.
