concept utilizes the same principal with organizations, the parts of an organizations system
are its resources, assets, products, and employees Understanding systems thinking requires . “
the ability to see various parts and the underlying patterns that give a more complete picture”
(Shaked & Schechter, 2019) Open systems interact with the environment through inputs
