Abstract
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the world of education found itself turned topsy-
turvy, overnight, as everyone, everywhere was for to return to the confines of their homes and
remain there, utilizing home computers and their home Wi-Fi service to compete the hookup
with the school, partaking in classes with their teachers and classmates. One of the negatives that
was especially profound coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic was just how deep the digital
divide was between students in some of the same districts, states, national regions, and especially
