Abstract:
[There are several aspects of schools that can contribute increased learner outcomes. Studies
have indicated that one of the key components of students performing at their greatest potential
academically is having a positive school culture. Leaders known as architects can be very
effective by using 9 building blocks. Positive teacher-student interactions. Students having
clear and concise expectations. Competent teachers teaching the subject matter as well as
increased parental involvement are just a few of the components that impact the student
learning.]
