Abstract
This paper focuses on differentiation in teaching and learning. This topic is developed
from other articles that address differentiation learning. This approach involves planning the
lessons to fit all the needs of the diverse learners. Differentiated instruction helps teachers
develop learning methods for students with diverse abilities in the classroom. A learning
environment needs to be safe and comfortable for the learners. When differentiating learning
environments, instructors should consider different types that fit the learners. Some of the
obstacles to overcome in differentiation include class size, resources, time, and professional staff.
This learning approach has proved to increase students' engagement and performance. From a
biblical worldview perspective, differentiation addresses issues such as equality and inclusivity.
Therefore, instructors need to treat all students regardless of cultural diversity.
