Part Two: Reflection
1. What did you like about locating technology resources?
I really enjoyed looking for technology resources that I can use in my classroom. It is
amazing how many technological resources are available to teachers and students. I use
technology a lot in my lessons, and I believe that technology increases student engagement.
Completing this assignment has helped me to compile resources in one place. I want to make
distinct file folders separated by grade levels and subject areas as I get more resources. I work
with many grade levels as an inclusion teacher, so having this resource is really helpful.
2. How would these resources help develop your students’ critical thinking skills?
Students can go through more challenging assignments with the help of certain tools,
such as level activities that get harder as they go along. Students' imaginations are opened to
other cultures and experiences through each of the featured virtual field trips, which teach them
about locations, histories, and surroundings that are distinct from their own. Students gain
knowledge about the history of our nation, its means of survival, and their own potential for
constructive global influence. Along with developing their problem-solving abilities, students
also get to experiment with and engage with a variety of technologies. Students get ready for the
real world by using various forms of technology and investigating them through a variety of
tools. They get accustomed to the technical tools they are surrounded with and learn how to
conduct research.
3. In what ways can you grow as a professional in the area of technology in the
classroom?
I can look for more ways to integrate technology in my lessons and become more familiar
with other technology tools. I want to grow in my knowledge of smartboards and how to use
them in the classroom. I want to make more interactive lessons and I want to make learning an
