In this class there was a lot to learn about being a teacher and all that goes into it. For social responsibility in my
lesson plans both the upper and lower elementary I presented options for all types of learners and I had materials
for students with disabilities and that may need the extra help. When presenting my lesson, I made sure to take
time for all students to ask questions and do their best within that portion of my lesson. In the online learning
discussion I talked about having to have all things ready for every student and to know how to present these
options online to them. In the discussion for the general education teachers role and the IEP process I talked
about how important it is to incorporate all leaners so that each and every student can learn to the best of their
abilities and become the best student that they can be. Throughout this class and within the textbook it has taught
me how important it is to reach all learners.
COMMITMENT /
WORK ETHIC
I believe I was very committed to this class. I turned in all my assignments on time and asked questions when I
needed clarification. I took notes from my other assignments on what I needed to work on and do better on the
next assignment. In my lesson presentations videos, I made sure to ask questions to check for understanding and
make sure the students would understand what I was teaching. I put a lot of hard work and effort into my
assignments so that I can keep learning and growing. I participated in this class and in all discussions so that I
can better understand what all it takes to become a great teacher.
REFLECTION
This class made me think a lot about what I wanted to look like as a teacher with many of the assignments. In the
discussions I put a lot of thought into each one and thought about how it pertains to teaching in the real world
and what it would look like. The feedback that I got back on my assignments allowed me to learn and focus on
what I needed to change and work on in the future. In the reflection from the lower elementary lesson plan and
on the current reflection for the upper elementary lesson plan it has me looking back and thinking about what I
could change and do better next time. And after reading other classmates discussions it make me look back and
think about all the different ways one topic can be looked at so many different ways among teachers and how
important collaboration among teachers is.
INTEGRITY
Online learning can be hard and I think that integrity is a huge part of being an online student. In this class I
turned in all of my assignments that were my own work. Even though I am at home learning I am doing my best
work and not slacking off, even in my lesson videos I am dressed professionally because even though I am at
home I still need to look the part even if no one is looking at me. As an online student I think I have shown that I
am trustworthy and can be a leader with the work I have done but also participating in the class. With my lesson
plan video reflections I am working on pointing out where I messed up and was wrong and not trying to think
that I was perfect or the best. I hope throughout this class I have shown that I have integrity and that in the future

I can instill it in my students because it is so important to do the right thing even when no one is
looking/watching.
PROFESSIONALISM
in behavior and actions
In this class you start to have to focus on professionalism more. Throughout this class I have respected my
classmates and my teacher in my assignments and class discussions. I took the feedback from my assignments
and used it to grow and work on for my next assignments and not try and argue or let it hold me back. When
presenting my lesson, even though I didn’t have an audience I was still professional looking because it is apart of
being a teacher. In my assignments and videos, I present professional behavior and patience. I am also still
learning as a teacher we always have to be willing to learn and in each class I am taking I am learning so much
and am ready to learn more so that I can be the best teacher in my classroom and also for my future students.
