Abstract
This assignment is requesting a proposal for a 4 million dollar grant to build a community
mental health organization. The name of the organization will be titled as “The Love and Hope
Center”, specifically built for low-income, military, and foster children between the ages of 5-18.
Apart from this, the center can be used by parents who need assistance on how to deal with their
child who may have mental and behavioral issues. The organization will consist of highly
certified therapists counselors, social workers, directors, and on-staff nurses to assist with ,
outpatient and inpatient care. The vision, goal, and mission of the organization will be important
