When one pursues identifying what spiritual formation is and how it applies to their own life,
he or she will discover that spiritual formation occurs both spiritually as well as mentally.
Spiritual formation naturally begins when individuals make the willing decision to shed actions,
behaviors, and even sins that are not Christ like and leave this life behind, and begin pursuing a
