Introduction
Every church and ministry must have disciple making at the very core of its activities.
This is God’s plan for every Christian community and individual. Only people who have
disciple-making in mind and understand God’s word can make a valid plan to make disciples and
achieve all of God’s will. A disciple making plan must take vision, goals, direction and growth
