Indeed, Programmatic models are limited in the way that when the goal has been reached the
focus wanes down drastically. One example is the food bank programs that some churches
concentrate so much on. Giving out food to the needy is a must, indeed, however, the
evangelistic program does not get the results that the church is looking for. “A disciple-maker
role is that of a guide”1
