Hey Mclean, I am grateful for your word of encouragement and powerful message. I have
realized that the micro-project has great benefits for my Christianity life. The project provides an
opportunity to serve God and communicate with Him. I believe that God has great things
preserved for me, and the project could be a door to many blessings. From newsletters to blogs,
everyday Christians do a lot of writing to glorify God and teach Christian doctrines1. Formal
writing is not a gift reserved for a few Christian dignitaries but an invitation to all believers.
Christians cannot help but express themselves to others through written forms. Widely
convinced, many Christians are writers than they think. Whether an individual thinks of
themselves as writers or not, we all have the ability to engage others through writing. The project
provides me with the opportunity to express myself to others and communicate God’s will to
people.
People face various obstacles in their Ministry journey. Limited time and a hectic
schedule were the main obstacles I faced in my project. However, I managed to recollect my zeal
after realizing the importance of the project in personal and professional development. The
project opens an incredible opportunity to share the gospel and strengthen my spiritual growth. I
believe the world needs more Christian bloggers to spread the word and encourage people in
hard times. Perhaps people feel a nudge like I did at the start of the project. Some may be
wondering if the words even matter. I want to encourage them to take the opportunity and start
blogging.

The project provides a creative way to explore spirituality and church development. I
realized that the project offers a means of responding to God. Analyzing the biblical teachings on
different life themes, an individual responds to God's will upon His people. The use of
technology is becoming sacramental, and many users are looking for content that will ensure
spiritual growth. The internet has provided a more accessible avenue to reach out to Christians
and explore the spiritual way of life. You wrote, “The technological age affords us so many
opportunities to discover and find out about things that, previously, we knew nothing about”. It
has become a remedy for the broken world. Every day, Christians encounter various obstacles
that may disrupt their spiritual journey. New believers also need encouragement to maintain their
faith and grow deep in Christianity. The micro-project offers a way to encourage people facing
various challenges in holy life and teach them how to maintain faith.
My project requires a lot of research to make credible conclusions. The individual must
organize the thoughts in a comprehensible manner to allow the reader to understand the message.
The research and organization of the ideas will significantly improve my writing skills and make
me a better minister of God's work. I look forward to finishing my project.

Hi Miles, I am incredibly grateful for your encouragement and powerful message. You
wrote “God’s speed to you and Rehoboth.” As said earlier, my biblical studies focus on the
leadership issues at Rehoboth Church. However, the message will entail how churches
worldwide can resolve their leadership problem. Rehoboth church will only be used as a case
study to illuminate the leadership struggles faced by the church in the contemporary world. I
believe that all churches have one mission and face almost similar leadership issues. Rehoboth
church will be used to showcase how various leadership issues hold back Christianity. Ideally,

we often hear the news of churches disengaging due to the leadership struggles and the failures
of the church leaders. Many challenges the church faces are similar to others, meaning that my
cognate will address leadership problems in all the churches across the world. We all have the
same goals and mission, making Christianity an umbrella for Christ-followers. Developing
effective church leaders is the only way to solve the ever-increasing leadership wrangles in
churches.
I will use the personal blog to express myself to other Christians. Ideally, the personal
blog allows the author to add a “personal touch” and uses his own experiences to help the readers
understand the underlying issue. The personal blog will enable me to improve my content about
leadership issues facing the churches and share personal stories to strengthen the ethos.
Furthermore, a personal blog is easier to manage and opens many opportunities for an individual
to start blogging. However, the blog’s domain will bear Christianity themes to attract more
readers. The blog is named “’Christian Leadership Digest” to allow the reader to find it easily on
the internet. Naming the blog after me will confuse many Christian readers who would have
benefited from my content.
The blog will be added to the church’s website to allow easy access by the Christians and
Church members. Posting the link of the blog to the church website also increases the credibility
of the content and will intrigue many believers looking for church leadership positions. Blogging
plays a significant role in resolving the leadership problems in the churches. The church leaders
can access the information about the root causes of the leadership wrangles and solutions to such
problems. Typically, church leadership problems emanate from little knowledge of God’s

perspective of leadership and disagreement on how the church should be managed2. The blog
will offer information on the issues and how biblical teachings about leadership. The
congregation has expressed their interest in understanding today’s church’s problems. The blog
will feed them with profound knowledge of church leadership development. The entire
congregation is participating in understanding the church leadership ideals. The blog will not be
limited to Rehoboth church only. It applies to all churches across the world.
Analysis of My Micro-project
My micro-project involves the study of leadership development in churches. We are
coming out of the pandemic season, which saw increased leadership issues in churches. Many
church leaders disagreed on various issues, including the way forward for the ministry after the
social distance restrictions. The social relationships and public worship were greatly disparaged
by the pandemic, paving the way for leadership problems in churches. My project focuses on the
leadership issues which faced the Rehoboth church with exploring how Christianity faired during
the pandemic. Typically, Christians use the same doctrines to guide their religious life, and all
activities are the same across all churches3. This implies that the leadership problems facing a
particular church are the same in almost all the churches. Church leaders are highly discouraged
by the divisions emanating from leadership problems. My project will use the Rehoboth church

as the case study of the leadership issues faced by modern churches and explain how the
development of church leaders is an indispensable aspect of today’s Christianity.
Blogging provides an effective way to address the leadership issues in the churches and
engage Christians in ways to develop effective leaders. My blogs will include six main topics
about church leadership development. The first topic will be “servant leadership.” Typically,
servant leaders are not motivated by attaining higher leadership positions in churches but by
serving the people of God. The servant leaders usually lead the people according to the guidance
of the Bible and inspiration from God4. The topics will expound on how churches should develop
servant leaders to solve the underlying leadership issues. The readers will understand how God
wants church leaders to behave and how pastors can become servant leaders. The church leaders
will understand the requirements of servanthood and what it offers to the growth of the church.
Church leaders need to become role models for Christianity leadership. This can be attained by
considering them as servants rather than mere leaders. The topic will help church leaders
understand how servanthood leads to fewer leadership issues.
The second script will be entitled “leadership development and discipleship.” Many
churches face leadership issues due to a lack of leadership development structures. When
creating the leadership development paradigm, the church should follow four main pillars; learn,
model, disciple, and lead. The individual wishing to become effective church leaders should pass
through those four steps. The topic expands the knowledge on the development of church leaders
and how to build effective structures for such a process. The readers will understand how
churches can develop leaders and disciples to solve the increasing leadership wrangles. After

reading the blog, the church leaders see the need to develop leadership development systems
within their respective churches. The third blog script will explore “principles of church
leadership.” Ideally, leadership is influence, and church leaders should follow principles in
administering their authority5. Church leadership is not rooted in the earthly perspective of
leadership success but in various tenets which guide Christ’s interests in churches. The common
principles of church leadership include motivation, openness, integrity, honesty, collaboration,
self-development, modesty, and love6. The blog will explain how these principles can help the
church leaders solve the underlying leadership struggles and build a strong foundation for church
growth.
The fourth blog topic will be “maintaining faith in leadership.” Many church leaders
usually fall short of faith when faced with different obstacles. Maintaining faith is one of the
ways to ensure effective leadership in churches. The blog will explain how church leaders should
maintain faith and ensure church growth. The blog aims at enabling the church leaders to
understand how lack of faith is causing various leadership issues and how they can solve such
problems. After reading the blog, the church leaders and the congregation will understand how
Christians should maintain faith and lead a holy life. The fifth blog topic will be about
“communication in church leadership.” Ideally, communication breakdown has been the main
challenge for many churches todays. The misunderstanding among the church leaders has led to
disengagement and disrupted the growth of many churches. The blog will expound on the
effective communication strategies church leaders should use to guide the church in their

The sixth blog script will be about “Collaborative leadership in Churches.” Notably,
collaboration has been an essential tenet in Christianity. Collaborative leadership allows the
church to maintain unity and integrity, which is crucial to church growth. Collaborative leaders
remember that the goal in church leadership is to accomplish the tasks and build a strong team.
The blog will help the church leaders and congregation understand how collaborative leadership
can be used to solve various leadership problems. Churches might see the need to establish
collaborative leadership in their structures to ensure effective growth.
Conclusively, the micro-project provides the opportunity to strengthen my spiritual
growth and fulfill God’s will on people. The blog offers comprehensive knowledge about church
leadership and how churches can solve emerging leadership issues. The micro-project allows me
to interact with Christians by sharing biblical teachings and God’s word. The blogs will be
accessible to everyone willing to expand their knowledge of church leadership.
