CSIS 473
In the recent past, many organizations within the fashion industry have shifted from
traditional marketing methods to adopt online marketing and mobile marketing strategy to
expand the market bases. Regardless, Elegance Fashion Company has lagged in adopting the
technology. Consequently, the organization has realized a decline in total sales and revenues.
Customer retention rates have also declined due to outdated technology and marketing strategies
that do not address the existing market’s needs. Therefore, Elegance Fashion Company needs to
adopt a marketing strategy to meet the current market needs by implementing a mobile
marketing strategy.

Each plan for project management should include a strategy for quality management. The
QMP's goal is to express ways in how project quality is handled. It also includes techniques and
processes which offer high quality planning, insurance and surveillance. All stakeholders should
be aware of quality assurance, control and planning. The Quality Plan for the Mobile Marketing
Project contains activities, procedures to guarantee a high-quality at the end of the project. This
strategy is intended to: ensure the quality is planned, describe ways to manage and plan the quality,
and identify the quality assurance activities. (Magri, 2021).
Quality Planning
This part of the plan explains how the company controls quality in the whole project. The
project’s quality must be planned to avoid needless rework, waste, money, and time. The approach
to quality for this project is defined as standard and communicated to all stakeholders involved.
This project's product quality is determined by the company's current marketing methods and
standards. The project's output emphasizes expanding the market bases, and the standards and
methods utilized will guarantee that the product satisfies quality standards, boost sales and
customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Mobile Marketing Project's process quality focuses on the efficiency in order placement
and product delivery. Process quality standards will guarantee that all operations are carried out
following organizational guidelines, resulting in the effective execution of mobile marketing
initiatives. In cooperation with the Quality Team, the team involved in the project will establish
and record all organizational and specific quality requirements for the project's products. After the
completion of the project, all quality documents will be included in the Mobile Marketing Plan.
3
Metrics for the product and processes will be developed and used to track quality
throughout the project. The project sponsor must examine the metrics involved with the products
since they will be used as one element in determining the project's success. Below are the metrics
that are used:
Increase in total sales and revenues.
Cost.
Schedule and Resources.
Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Quality Assurance
This section of the plan explains how procedures are developed and documented for quality
audits (Lähteenkorva, 2018). This part also offers effective project quality assurance. The project
manager and project team will perform evaluations to ensure that all procedures are correctly
established and followed throughout the project.
Another element of quality assurance is process improvement. As modifications are made,
all attempts to enhance the process to be implemented, and communicated to all company’s staff
and customers. Stakeholders should contact the project manager and sponsor if they want to
modify the quality management plan. The summarized table below shows how changes should be
initiated and done.

Quality Control
The Quality Management Plan demonstrates how the outcomes of quality activities may
be monitored and documented so that you can evaluate performance and make necessary changes.
Quality control states the product's acceptable performance and how these measures will be carried
out(Project Management, 2019). The Mobile Marketing Project's quality performance
requirements align with the organizational performance standards for online and mobile marketing
strategies.
On their mobile devices, the project team will conduct all physical mockups where they
will order products. Within one week after receiving the test sample, the group will submit the
findings to the project team. The Quality Team performs audits, helps the project team
revise documentation on the quality, measures quality, compares them with
standards/specifications, and ensures that every criterion of functional performance is fulfilled
for each test product order. The project and quality teams will perform the measures listed in the
table below;
