netstat -a
Displays all connections and listening ports
Netstat-n
Displays addresses and port numbers in numeric form
Interval
Redisplays statistics every 5 second. Press Ctrl-C to stop redisplaying statistics.
Netstat-p
Shows connections for the TCP protocol
Netstat-o
Displays fully qualified domain names for foreign addresses.
Netstat-r
Displays the routing table.

Yes, I was able to ping this address.
2. How do you know?
The reason as to why the ping was successful is because upon a successful ping, it displays the
number of times the computer pinged the device. If it were not successful it would not have
displayed the ping and said it was unsuccessful.
3. How many packets were sent?
The number of packets sent were 4.
4. How many packets were received?
The number of packets received were 4.
5. How many packets were lost?
The number of packets that were lost is 0.

The trace was successful.
2. If the trace was successful, how many hops were performed to reach the destination?
The amount of hops that were performed was 1.
