Treatment Plan
Problem 1 (mental): I am experiencing compassion fatigue from work.
Goal 1: I will decrease my compassion fatigue and return to
normal function at work
Objective 1: I will learn the ABC method of addressing
compassion fatigue and complete a self-assessment to determine my awareness,
balance, and connection contributing to fatigue.
Intervention 1: I will read an article about the ACB
method and, take an assessment, then create a plan to address my problem areas.
Problem 2 (physical): I lack physical activities regularly
Goal 1: I will increase my outside physical activities weekly
Objective 1: I will take a 20-minute walk outside at least three times a
week

Intervention 1: I will log my walks on my calendar to ensure my
schedule permits my weekly goal
Problem 3 (emotional): I do not prioritize my emotional well being
Goal 1: I will become more mindful of my emotions and prioritize self-care
activities daily
Objective 1: I will write in a gratitude journal at least five key points once
a day
Intervention 1: I will set a reminder before bed to write in my
journal. I will set a timer daily to ensure my engagement.
Problem 4 (spiritual): I do not implement prayer as much as I desired
Goal 1: I will pray at least twice a day
Objective 1: I will complete at least two prayers daily, one in the morning
and one before bed.
Intervention 1: I will read a prayer book as needed to complete
my twice-daily prayers.
Problem 5 (social): I do not get much social interaction outside of the workplace
Goal 1: I will increase my social engagement at least twice a week outside the
workplace.
Objective 1: I will engage in two social interactions a week. I will, at
minimum complete an out-of-the-house activity and one in-home activity weekly.
Intervention 1: I will plan a week in advance an out-of-the-house
activity with a friend or family member in order for them to hold me accountable.
