OVERVIEW
The Purpose of this assignment is to become familiar with what will be required for licensure in your
state in a four step format that you can keep for reference throughout the program.
INSTRUCTIONS
Utilize the state board resources of AAMFT State by State Licensure Boards to connect to your state’s
board for LMFT, link located under State Licensure Checklist Resources on the State Licensure
Checklist Assignment page. If you are LPC the websites for the boards are usually similar so check
there first. Complete within this form, review the requirements for licensure and complete the following:
