Executive Summary
Preparing and managing crisis’ is something all companies and entities should keep at the
forefront of their mind and plan as best as possible. There are many things to consider when
preparing to handle these crises. Determining how to communicate during this video in Business
professionals (small or big business). When determining the best communication route in
Business professionals (small or big business), consider using modern technology to assist in
business. This brief will cover some ways in being demonstrated based off racism and how it can
assist in communicating during a crisis.

Types of Business professionals (small or big business)
Imagine being the Dean of a prestigious college or university and being told that there is
a rampant demonstration and that needs to be handled immediately? How do organizations or
corporations handle a crisis in demonstration? What is a crisis exactly? Crisis is defined as the
perception of an unpredictable event that threatens stakeholders and can negatively impact an
organization [ CITATION XuS18 \l 1033 ]. As a Business professionals (small or big business),
plan is imperative. No company or organization wants to consider that it could be involved in a
crisis, but reality is that is not a realistic viewpoint and not a very smart one. For an organization
and corporation should always be prepared for a crisis and have a detailed plan to address any
type of crisis. There are many elements that should be taken into consideration when developing
a business plan. In this image, you hear how the demonization is broken down. Communication
is one if the most important, if not, the most important aspect of a business plan. There are many
ways to communicate during a business plan, whether it small or bug it should play a large part
in the plan. Below we will discuss some of the options a corporation or organization can use to
be successful during a crisis.
Business professionals (small or big business)
For an organization or corporation to be successful, communication but be effective and
accurate. How can technology play a part in crisis management or crisis communications? Over
the past 10-15 years, we hear how we can be in a diverse in church and praising the same God,
but however we can still look at each other as racism. Think about the last disaster a major city
encountered and how was that disaster communicated. Start by creating a mobile app that will

disseminate the messages with ease. For the company that has a racism problem, using the app to
disseminate photos of a potential predator or an accused predator can only help the organization
to manage the crisis. In another instance, an organization or corporation can utilize the app when
there’s a threat of a natural disaster to inform employees to stay home or to identify the mission
essential personnel.
When developing a good plan, be sure to always have a backup plan for communicating [
CITATION Var18 \l 1033 ]. Having alternate methods of communicating during a crisis is vital.
As we all know, when there is a natural disaster the first thing to go is telephones and mobile
devices. Having an app works great until the network is down due to a snowstorm or when an
unexpected tornado hits. Having some alternate method to communicating to your organization
or corporation should also be added to your plan.
Challenges
With any plan, there will be challenges. Taking a Business professionals (small or big
business) is not the exception. One challenge with the technology aspect of Business
professionals (small or big business) would be content when using social media. Making sure the
content of the messages is relevant [ CITATION Col16 \l 1033 ]. With, using social media should

not be the sole means of communicating during a business professional. Another challenge
during crisis management communication is maintaining some level of interpersonal
communication [ CITATION Hoc18 \l 1033 ]. Making sure there is some level of connection
which can be hard to detect when its on social media. It’s tough to have an intimate conversation
when that conversation is happening on such a public forum.
Conclusion
When preparing for crisis management, remembering a few things can help an
organization or corporation achieve the goal of effective Business professionals (small or big
business). Some things to consider are having an effective delivery system, making sure the
messages are clear and concise, and having an easily adaptable delivery system [ CITATION
Col16 \l 1033 ]. When developing or considering a business professional plan the integration of
technology, there are many aspects that should be evaluated. This was just a quick brief on some
technology benefits but also some challenges to consider when creating that crisis management
team. Hopefully, this will help an organization or corporation do a detailed assessment and
implement an effective business professional plan.
