1. Role of Federalism in Framing Youth Issues
Federalism seeks to connect and unite different states to allow each of them to continue
and undertake diverse developmental activities while also maintaining their integrity. The
government plays a significant role in defining all of these problems when it comes to juvenile
difficulties. The federal government attempts to determine issues that most young people
experience in different countries and offers potential remedies (Sherman & Jacobs, 2011) .
However, the central government and state governments have recognized a variety of juvenile
problems. The national government has attempted to resolve all of these problems to guarantee
that the current generation of adolescents is adequately cared for (Guarino-Ghezzi & Loughran,
2017).
