Abstract
The qualified immunity policy is better to implement, and I have asked the CEO about its
training. I want to have extensive knowledge about its pros and cons because I think it is one of
the efficient policies used in the police department. Civil rights are important to maintain in all
court cases, but there are several incidents where the violation is observed. The police have to
handle such cases. The police must understand that all the cases are different, and the violation is
also different. So, the attorney is needed for training in this context.
