Abstract
When I think about expressing my worldview regarding the Administration of Justice
Organization it becomes a challenge. I have a passion for the criminal justice system, particularly
the criminal side. I am currently on the family law side, and I must say that working on the state
side in most cases is very rewarding. But my focus is law enforcement, due to my husband being
in law enforcement. I have a lot of reservations, especially when it comes to people of color.
When it comes to them being treated, represent and having the same opportunities as others.

Administration of Justice Organizations Worldview
The Administration of Justice faces many challenges, especially in today’s time. Shared
values and beliefs within Administration of Justice organizations influence the group's daily
actions and behaviors, or worldview (Ahimsa-Putra & Sartini, 2017). Administration of justice
organizations encounter numerous challenges, particularly in the current climate. Every day,
leaders and managers in these organizations make choices that impact both their members and
various stakeholders, including the public and local businesses. These leaders must navigate
both internal and external factors that influence how their organizations operate and serve the
community. If they are not attentive to the constantly changing environment, there is a risk that
the organization could fail to meet the needs of the community, potentially losing the trust of
both stakeholders and members. Organizations that have a clear mission, dedicated members,
an awareness of ongoing changes, and strong relationships with community stakeholders are
better equipped to serve their communities effectively.
Administration of Justice: Leadership, Organizational Models, and Theory An
organization that has a clear vision and understanding of all parties involved is able to provide
a sense of direction and purpose, defining who the organization will serve and the direction
the organization will take to provide for its constituents (Dooley, 2019). Mission statements
create a framework and strategy that the organization would use to make decisions to support
the mission (Dooley, 2019). The organization's direction also helps its members understand its
goals and values (Stojkovic, Kalinich, & Klofas, 2014).
According to Stojkovic, Kalinich, and Klofas (2014), policies and procedures that are
consistent with the organization's goals, purpose, and values are used to implement the mission
statement within organizations. I think that a key role of the leadership within an organization is
to implement, encourage, and enforce the agency's goals and mission. Members of an
organization who believe that the enforcement of the policies and procedures is fair to all

members and consistent with the mission are more likely to be committed to the agency's goals
(Wolfe & Lawson, 2020). To have a clear vision, organizations must have a thorough
understanding of the complexities of the environment they serve. As the textbook discusses,
organizations are constantly interacting with their environment or the demands of the local
population, forming partnerships, and implementing changes based on societal demands for
services.
In 2001, civil unrest occurred in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, following the deaths of several
African American suspects by police officers. The Department of Justice investigated the police
department, as a result, the department made several changes to improve community relations
and engagement. By meeting with community leaders, the city and police leadership engaged in
efforts to be more transparent and effective to the community (Engel, Corsaro, & Ozer, 2017).
The Cincinnati example demonstrates how working with the public and being open to listen and
reform can improve administration of justice organizations.
Personal Worldview in the Context of the Administration of Justice We all have
different perspectives on the world, whether that is due to our experiences, upbringing,
education, or friendships. I see the administration of justice as a continuous process, never
settling, and always alert to any influences, positive or negative, that may affect the
environment. I have found that when this mindset takes over an organization, something will
happen to shake things up. The agency I currently work for has a service first philosophy and
maintains constant communication with department members and community leaders. When a
concern is brought to the administration's attention, it is promptly addressed, and when the
public has concerns about the actions of police officers, those concerns are addressed either by
providing training for the officers or by explaining to the public why the action was taken.
Matthew 7:12 (New American Standard Bible, 2020) states, "In everything, therefore, treat
people the way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets." This verse, in
my opinion, encapsulates how I think administration of justice organizations operate,

throughout all levels of the criminal justice system. Leadership within administration of justice
organizations should view Christ's example as a starting point to improve the criminal justice
system. Instead, he used their experiences to rehabilitate the individual and teach others.
Conclusion
An administration of justice organization will always be impacted by internal and external
factors; technological advancements will force the organization to find new ways to meet
challenges; financial constraints will force administrators to make the best use of available
resources; and cultures will change, as will the things that society considers important.
Administration of justice organizations require strong leaders who can communicate a clear
mission, goals, and values to all levels of the organization and to the public at large. The
development of policies and procedures that align with the agency's mission, goals, and values
gives the membership a clear path, which in turn fosters communication and trust with
community leaders and constituents in their environment. For instance, in law enforcement, the
leadership could create programs in which office.
In the community, the prosecutor's office could guarantee that the pursuit of justice will be
equal for all parties, regardless of the socioeconomic background of the suspect or victims. In
corrections, the staff treats inmates with dignity and respect, emphasizing rehabilitation. Having
said that, I am aware that there will be instances in which this philosophy is not feasible, as
internal, and external conditions within the organization may make these ideas impossible due
to financial and legal constraints. The environment is constantly changing, and the
administration of justice organizations will follow suit. However, I think that if these
organizations are open to communication with all participants and members within the
organization, then the criminal justice system will be moving in the direction of justice and
fairness for all.
