Abstract
In this first reflection paper we will examine and understand the worldview of the
Administration of Justice Organizations. Also in this study we will understand the theories of
each Administration of Justice Organization and how we can compare it and how it impacts
society into today's world. The purpose of this reflection paper is to understand the influences of
the criminal justice organizations and how we can express it in the current worldview. By
reviewing each of the peer review articles I’m able to analyze and put into put on how each peer
can relate to the introduction of the organizations. By concluding this reflection paper, there will
be a clear understanding for the start of Administration of Justice Organizations and how we can
understand each modules, theories and also include our personal worldview opinions in the
organizations.

Administration of Justice Organizations Worldwide
To have a basic understanding of the Administrative of Justice Organizations we need to
know what the definition is and how we can understand it. It involves the study of theory and
practice of law enforcement, police work, the court and corrections system. This is where public
servants can be compared to the criminal justice organizations. The purpose for criminal
organizations is to have responsibilities to the society meaning it is ensuring administration of
justice by delivering correctional mandates. Their main goal is to protect and serve the public
and how to make society become one. Meaning that without the organizations, how will it shape
into today's world and how will they have some sort of control to protect society. With the
criminal justice organization we will also understand the different approaches and techniques
used to also understand and have a clear worldview.
Administrative of Justice: Leadership, Organizational Models, and Theory
Having leadership during a criminal justice organization is a very important role. It
means to not only become good examples towards an individual but it means to have good
communication, teamwork and collaboration. Several studies have shown that leadership style
does affect employee behavior (Alamir, I. Ayoubi, R.M. Massoud, H. Hallak, L.A, , and ; 2019).
By reviewing the chapter 1 of Stojkovic, Kalinich, & Klofas stated that leadership requires a
strong understanding that work be accomplished in a dynamic world within an open system that
anticipates changing environments and prepares for future demands. Organizational models also
have an impact towards administrative justice. The models are usually analyzed by six models:
the due process model, crime control model, bureaucratic model, medical model, status passage

model and the power model. The theories with administrative justice in a general aspect is
administrative power, which in other words the protection of rights, and interest or the restraint
for government power.
Personal Worldview in the Context of the Administration of Justice
The administration of justice shows how much of an impact it has in our lives. The
organizations are there to protect and serve the public from harm's way. The criminal justice
system has many impacts which means that one of them is for protecting the citizens and having
justice for all. There are many roles the administrative justice follows especially when it involves
the government officials. Every public servant plays a huge role when it involves the
administration of justice. Which means in my opinion that they have the rights and legal
responsibility to conduct in the worldview the right in a criminal justice organization.
Conclusion
By analyzing the administration of justice and trying to compare peer review articles to
support the topic was quite challenging. We know from a standpoint that the views of criminal
justice organizations are the main reasons for protecting the public and having justice for all. In
Psalm 91:1-16 it reads: He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow
of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
What the scripture means is that God is there for protection of himself and for his community.
This means the same exact thing for the administrative of justice, it is using each public servant
to serve and protect the community and we as the public must trust them with all cost.
