Thematic Integration of Faith and Learning Paper Instructions
Write a thematic integration of faith and learning concept paper using a well-rounded approach to the
concepts found in the course texts and current scholarly literature. This paper must be submitted in
compliance with the instructions found in the Thematic Integration of Faith and Learning Paper Grading
Rubric. You must fully leverage the discussion opportunity in Discussion Board Forum 3 in order to
research and outline your approach for this assignment.
The paper must contain the following components:
A 3–5-page overview that defines the course as an academic field of study (significance of the
course to business)
A 3–5-page discussion of the top 5–8 questions you believe are critical in order to demonstrate
that a student who completes this course can synthesize the key concepts of continuous
improvement and propose strategies for improving an organization using recognized quality
management tools and best practices
A 3–5-page discussion that integrates the concepts from the Keller (2012) text into a cohesive
understanding of why quality management and productivity are significant for advancing God’s
purposes for business on earth
A minimum of 5 references in addition to the course texts
For this course, the concept of stewardship is especially important. As Van Duzer (2010) posited, a
steward is really a trustee of God’s creation. Duby (2009) adds the following:
Stevens (2006) observes that Adam and Eve were given the role of stewards who had “the wonderful
role of representing the absent monarch’s interests” (p. 6). As stewards, followers of God act as trustees
that are to develop and to serve the “unfolding kingdom” of creation (Roels, 1990, p. 27). Further, Roels
contends that if one believes that his or her business plays an important role in God’s kingdom, then an
important concern is to best determine how to be God’s steward in such business endeavors.
Understanding this important role is critical to understanding God’s intentions for business. Thus, in this
assignment, the student will link the concept of biblical stewardship to quality management and process
improvement, noting how such concepts are tangible manifestations of good stewardship.
***** I have attached an example of this research assignment.
Running head: THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 1
Thematic Integration of Faith and Learning
This paper is written to demonstrate the author’s thematic integration of the learning of BUSI
760 Quality Management & Productivity and faith in Christianity. The first part of this paper is about
the significance of quality management and productivity to the business. The general introduction of
quality management and productivity are described and their functions in business practices are
emphasized. In the second part of this paper, the author proposes five key points in the form of the
questions that are critical for the students of this course to demonstrate the knowledge of quality
management tools and best practices and synthesize the key concepts in continuous improvement and
proposing strategies for improving an organization. The first key point is the understanding of the
importance of customer perceived quality in the current business world. And then, the students should
have a clear mind about the key elements of Total Quality Management, Lean, and Continuous Process
Improvement Management. The students should also fully understand the critical factors in the
implementation of quality management. The author works on great lengths of writing in the third part
and also the last part of this paper to express her biblical thoughts on quality management and
productivity in terms of their significance in advancing God’s purposes for business on earth.
Significance of the Quality Management and Productivity
In today’s dynamic business environment, the concept of quality could be explained in two
senses, the objective quality, which refers to the features and attributes of products or services that
meet or exceed implicit and explicit customer requirements, and subjective quality, which refers to
the ability of an organization, an activity, a person, or a system to deliver products or services that
optimally, effectively and efficiently match some fixed requirements (Bonechi et al., 2004). Quality
has been regarded as top competitive advantage and a prerequisite for success by the organizations in
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 2
the global market. It is a crucial strategy adopted by the organization to differentiate itself from its
competitors.
Quality results from a holistic management philosophy that strives for continuous
improvement in all functions of an organization (Gharakhani, Rahmati, Farrokhi, & Farahmandian,
2013). Under the pressure of increasing global competitive and ever-changing customer demands,
quality management has been widely accepted as a mechanism for strengthening performance and
considered as a competitive strategy and an organizational capability within the theory of the
resource-based view of a firm (Del Río, Álvarez, Saraiva, & Ramos, 2017). The implementation of
quality management philosophy and tools enables the organization to nurture the culture of
continuous improvement and realize changes in the processes and systems which eventually lead to
superior quality products and services. The ultimate common objective of quality management
methods, such as Total Quality Management, Lean or Six Sigma is to deliver the product with
superior quality that not only meets custom satisfaction but also exceed customer expectation.
Implementing quality management tools may result in high customer loyalty, thus better business,
increased cash flow, satisfied employees, and a healthy workplace. Quality management has also
been applied to non-profit organizations, educations, and public administration sectors to deliver
efficient and effective management results due to its general importance.
Due to the increased complexity of entities and their relationships being considered in quality
management, the demand for the standardized documentation and quality-oriented activities for
mutual trust between partners finally lead to ISO 9000 International Standards series (Ruales
Guzmán, Brun, & Castellanos Domínguez, 2019). It has been one of the most popular and
influential approaches to quality management. ISO 9000 approaches quality management through
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 3
certification. ISO 9001 standard allows organizations to improve the documentation and work
procedures to reduce mistakes and rework, save on costs and improve the management (Tarí, Molina-
Azorín, & Heras, 2012). Great control of the internal process would contribute to improved product
quality or service, which leads to customer satisfaction and competitive advantages.
The business activities of the organization work on turning inputs into outputs. Productivity
measures the efficiency of this conversion. Productivity has been defined as the optimal utilization of
resources and the effectiveness in the accomplishment of targets, goals, or levels of performance
(Heutel, 2012). Productivity also means the quantity of output as well as quality (Amusan,
Oluwunmi, Adegbenjo, Tunji-Olayeni, & Ogunde, 2013). It has been seen to include measures of
customer satisfaction, employee loyalty, morale, and job satisfaction (Abraham, 2012). Productivity
is determined by the internal factors of managerial practice, quality of general labor, capital Inputs,
information technology (IT), R&D, process improvements, the organizational structure of the firm,
process improvement from learning-by-doing, and innovations in product quality, and the external
environmental factors of productivity spillovers, competition, deregulation or proper regulation, and
flexible input markets (Syverson, 2011). Productivity is a crucial indicator of the current
performance of an organization or industry. It is also regarded as the most important driver of long-
term economic growth (Harris & Moffat, 2015).
According to quality guru Deming (1982), the benefits of better quality through the
improvement of processes are not only better quality and the long-range improvement that goes along
with it but also greater productivity and much better profit. Quality management is a determining
factor for productivity (performance indicator of great importance for the economic growth of
industries and countries) and the key constructs of quality management related to productivity are
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 4
human resource management, top management and process management (Ruales Guzmán, Brun, &
Castellanos Domínguez, 2019). The implementation of quality management will lead to
improvements in internal and external quality factors in the organization, which results in improved
productivity. Quality is the most cost-effective and least capital-intensive route to productivity
(Feigenbaum, 2002). The successful quality management contributes to increased revenues and
higher productivity for the organization. A clear objective of productivity and quality is the
prerequisite for a successful organization.
Top Questions
Question one: What is the customer perceived quality?
The delivery of products with lower prices, reliable features and measurable quality does not
always guarantee the organization’s competitiveness in the market unless the quality of goods and
services meet the consumer’s expectations. More often, the quality is a customer perceived
characteristics and features. With the information technology development and demographic
changes, more diversified groups of the customers are raising their expectations on personalized
products and experiences. Thus, the perception of what is a high-quality product varies with the
needs and background of the customer. The pressing challenge in quality management is the
determination and consideration of quality as it is perceived by the customer (Weckenmann,
Akkasoglu, & Werner, 2015). The quality management focuses on improving customer satisfaction
and also target on improving the customer perceptions on overall service quality and increasing
consumer perceived value (Hu, Kandampully, & Juwaheer, 2009). High quality with great customer
perceived value is the bias of a successful business.
Question two: What is TQM?
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 5
In quality management practice, the need for commitment of all employees in an organization to
high quality leads to the paradigm of Total Quality Management (Ruales Guzmán, Brun, & Castellanos
Domínguez, 2019). Total Quality Management (TQM) is an integrative multidimensional management
philosophy to do business that attempts to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through the
continual improvement of the quality of its products, services, people, processes, and environments
(Goetsch & Davis, 2015). According to Plenert, G. (2011), Deming’s TQM model focuses on three
aspects of the quality: first, the quality of design, it requires to understand the customers’ expectation on
the definition of the quality; second, quality of conformance, it requires the organization and its
suppliers’s to meet and exceed the customers’ expectation; third, quality of performance, it looks to the
product performance and performance improvement. The important components of TQM are the core
values, such as continuous improvements and focus on processes, which form the basis of the
organization's culture (Hellsten and Klefsjo, 2000). The big Q in TQM refers to the quality of products,
services, people, processes, and environments in the broadest sense and the little Q refers to the quality
of one of these elements or individual quality criteria within an individual element in a narrower sense
(Goetsch & Davis, 2015). TQM highlights the importance of leadership, employee empowerment,
processes improvement, customer satisfaction, and business results.
Question three: What is Lean?
Originated in the Toyota Production System in the middle of the 20th century, lean has
become a well-accepted concept at the end of the 20th century. It is listed as one of the quality tools
that are popular in today’s continuous process improvement (CPI) (Plenert, 2011). Lean is a
systematic approach that includes a series of tools and methodologies that focused on removing waste
and concentrating on value-added activities. Lean is used to identify and eliminate the waste, also
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 6
known as “Muda” in Japanese, caused by overproduction, waiting, transporting, inappropriate
processing, unnecessary inventory, excess motion, and defects. Its goal is to incorporate less human
effort, less inventory, less time to develop products, and less space to become highly responsive to
customer demand while producing top quality products in the most efficient and economical manner
possible (Karim & Arif-Uz-Zaman, 2013). Nowadays, the concept of lean has been adopted to cover
multiple aspects of manufacturing from the initial stage product development, to procurement,
manufacturing, and distribution. It can be also considered as an extended just-in-time including all
parties involved in the supply chain, intra and inter-organization (Grzybowska & Gajšek, 2016). The
lean management philosophy enables the continuous improvement of both the quality and robustness
of the product and process pair (Bacoup, Michel, Habchi, & Pralus, 2018).
Question four: What is Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)?
As a process transforming input into viable output, the business operation is created around a
continuous process improvement methodology with a specific direction focusing on business strategy
(Plenert, 2011). Continuous improvement is a process that associated with a variety of organizational
developments including the adoption of lean manufacturing techniques, total quality management
(TQM), employee involvement programs, customer service initiatives, and waste reduction campaigns
(Singh & Singh, 2015). Production cost declines by reducing errors, rework, defects, and wastage.
Business performance is enhanced through better quality products or services, quicker responsiveness
to customer requests, shorter throughput time, shorter cycle times of new product development, and
unique engineering and marketing strategies. Continuous process improvement is essential for the
survival of the companies to cope with global competition and ever-changing customer demands.
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 7
According to Iyer, Saranga, & Seshadri (2013), continuous improvement activities result in
productivity and quality improvement through induced operational learning and conceptual learning.
The operational learning is acquired through problem-solving by the use of quality management tools,
such as Statistical Process Control, Pareto analyses, and Cause & Effect diagrams, which helps reduce
special causes of variation in processes and thus improve the organization’s relative efficiency. The
conceptual learning is derived from the scientific assessment of cause and effect by cross-functional
teams, to create a framework that identifies common causes of variation and corresponding solutions,
which results in technical change. On the other hand, the continuous use of these quality improvement
tools upgrades the personnel characteristics of the employees involved and enhances their ability of
problem-solving, creative thinking, and proper planning (Magar & Shinde, 2014). The continuous
development of people improves quality culture in the organization.
Question five: What are the critical factors in quality management implementation?
According to the research of quality management literature, top management leadership has
been regarded as the crucial factor in creating the environment and direction for continuous
improvement ( Ebrahimi and Sadeghi, 2013). Top management leadership starts with setting the
direction for the organizational goal and vision on quality management, and it involves influencing
individuals and groups by directing them towards the organizational values and objectives. The
continued improvement is a process that involves each individual from upper management to front
line employees in the organization. Employee commitment is linked to improved quality of products,
enhanced customer loyalty, and lower costs due to a decrease in employee turnover (Bello, 2012).
Implementing quality management also involves adopting new approaches to production and
operation in an organization, which will inevitably bring organizational culture changes. Through
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 8
effective employee management, employees would adapt to the changes and realize that those
changes could bring benefits for themselves and the organization. Then, the employees are more
willing to take training and education in quality management to enhance their confidence and abilities
and develop their creativity and innovation in new management approaches. The human factors are
the critical ones that determined the successful implementation of quality management.
Integration of Faith
Quality management is an integrative management philosophy aimed at the continuous
improvement of processes, product performance, and services to meet and exceed customer needs
and expectations (Ebrahimi & Sadeghi, 2013). The focus of a quality management system is not only
to produce a consistent final product but also ensure a consistent process is followed which will
achieve a repeatable final product or service. This consistency is the expectation of nearly every
customer and consumer in the world today. Upon instituting a steady process through a quality
management system, a business thus is taking steps to mirror whom God, Himself, really is. God, as
revealed to us through Jesus Christ, demonstrates that He is consistent and unchangeable as given in
Hebrews 13:8 ESV, which says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Through
application of this concept, it is evident that a quality management system, which is devoted to
ensuring a reliable process and most importantly consistent results supports being Christlike through
a never changing process. This consistency strengthens a business and allows a business to deliver
products which the customers would desire. This also promotes the consistency demonstrated by
God and advances his kingdom in a tangible way, reflecting the image of the Lord.
Furthermore, within the framework of consistency driven by a quality management system,
and in the course of giving glory to God, productivity comes along as a result of following the quality
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 9
management process determined by the business. Not only is high productivity a goal for all
businesses and organizations, productivity will be exemplified even more in a Christian organization
and may be taken to higher levels when a biblically based quality management process is followed.
This consistent process will ensure repeatable results which, if the results are what the end item
should be, will provide high productivity and glorify God in the process. As a Christian business
strives for higher productivity, it is easy to find such results through the application of a quality
management process, thus the two concepts of a quality management system and productivity go
together for advancing business God’s way on earth.
Thinking back, when man was created, he was consigned to the garden of Eden to work.
Genesis 2:15, ESV, states, “The Lord God took the man and put him the garden of Eden to work it
and keep it.” God expected this first man, Adam, to work diligently for the Lord in the garden and
allowed man’s work to flourish under his labor, which in turn honored the Lord through Adam’s daily
productivity and decisions. As time passed on, Adam eventually fell to temptation and furthermore
sinned, dishonoring the Lord and erecting the barrier between God and man which we still have to
this day. As a result, God cursed the ground and made working in the garden more difficult, and even
banished Adam (and Eve) from the garden of Eden to work the ground outside of this paradise of
perfection which God had originally created (see Genesis 2:17-19,23-24). God did not relent,
though, and continued the expectation for Adam [and his family] to work and glorify the Creator
through their productivity. The productivity was exhibited by growing the food needed to support
Adam, Eve, and the entire first family. If this expectation for productivity had stopped with man’s
sin, God would not have required Adam to work at all, however, that was not the case and Adam was
expected to use the land to produce food through the fruit of his labor.
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 10
The byproduct of the banishment from the garden of Eden ultimately drove the first family to
create a process for consistent food production in an effort to sustain earthly livelihood. Although not
the intent, this need for a food production process inherently was the birth of the quality management
system by which productivity was the result. Food needed to be provided, not only for Adam, but his
entire family, so finding a way to reliably provide food for his family despite weather changes, being
tired, thorns, thistles, pests, and other detractors drove a need for such a system. It is important for us
to understand and hold in tension what the bible says about creation and the fall, about God’s plan for
work, and also about the problems of work in a broken world (Keller & Alsdorf, 2012). Much of that
system was probably developed through trial and error, however, the quality management system had
to be developed for a robust process which would provide results.
The chronicles of Adam and Eve and their fall to sin were recorded many years ago, yet the
need still exists today for people to provide for their family. As a result, each individual, family, and
community develops their own internal quality management system which yields productivity in
some form to meet this need. Consequently, people have come to expect consistency in their daily
lives which will foster their ability to provide. This stability, then, seeps into the business
organizations throughout the world and manifests itself into the expectation of a consistent process
for their own lives which, in itself, becomes a form of a quality management system. Today, most
people are generally no longer toiling away in the fields, growing beans, corn, and other vegetables,
or even tending to cattle and livestock, but they are providing for and supporting their families
through their efforts at places of business such as manufacturing companies, service companies,
hospitals, education institutions, within the different facets of government, and many more places.
Their productivity, in turn, earns the currency needed to buy food and shelter, thus sustaining life. As
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 11
people become systemic in their daily routines, whether driving the same route to their place of
business each day, going to work and leaving at the same time, this behavior develops a quality
process which drives their productivity. These quality processes even drive the need to develop
standard processes within the business organization they are affiliated with and solidifies the
legitimacy of the business. As a result of these processes, and when they follow according to God’s
will, God is glorified and his purpose for business are advanced through the outwardly display of
Christlikeness based upon a focused quality management system resulting in productivity.
Since nothing is truly owned in the biblical sense by the business, the business is tasked to
honor the Lord in use of such resources which are provided from Him. God works for us as our
Provider (Keller & Alsdorf, 2012). Glorifying God and advancing his purposes on earth, in all
aspects of our lives, including business, is one objective for Christians. Specifically, in the context of
business, through the implementation of a solid a quality management system with consistent
processes, then productivity will be realized, and will function as an important way to demonstrate
God’s purposes for business.
Conclusions
Quality management is regarded as the top competitive advantages and a prerequisite for
success by the organizations in the global market. The main objective of the quality management
customer focus, which is should be centered around the delivering of customer perceived value. The
continuous improvement enhance productivity by decreasing costs and improving performance. The
successful implementation of quality management philosophy and tools lies in the human factors of top
management leadership and employee commitment. All the efforts of the continues improvement
efforts in the business world are the endeavor to glorify God and advance his purposes on earth.
THEMATIC INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING 12
Establishing a sound strategic quality management plan, and executing the plan according to God’s
plan, will bring honor to God and allow Him to work through the business to serve His people.

Introduction
The modern-day business faces multiple changes that come as a result of the
exposure that people have regarding the company and the trends in the
industry. Understanding more regarding the changes in business and the
improvements that people need to address is a relatively sophisticated
approach that may assist in solving the various problems faced in the modern-

day industry and also in ensuring that there is a stable relationship between
the different people who work in different business environments (Hair, Page, &
Brunsveld, 2019).
Faith that people have is one of the factors that assist in improving the
outcome of business and also in facilitating the developing a reliable method
that may assist in ensuring that there is a stable outcome in the business area.
Although different religious teachings may have different perceptions regarding
productivity and the business sector, the Christian worldview has a perspective
that relates well with quality and productivity. In the Christian background, the

love, respect and moral conduct even to the rival competitors of the company,
which assists in the thriving of the business due to the quality provisions and
quality formulation of operational processes.
Part 2: 5 questions to show student understanding
The completion of any program requires that the learners use the gained
knowledge to address the signi
cant problems associated with the area in
which they may study. Concerning this course, there are several skills that the
learner may obtain and that may play a signi
cant role in enabling them to
ensure that they overcome the signi
cant issues that may hurt the quality of
services that most businesses may provide. The concepts as gained in this
course will also assist in making quality choices that one may need to ensure
that they solve the most signi
cant issues in the areas in which they work.
Through the questions that the learners may ask after the completion of the
course, the learner can develop a positive attitude towards the program, and
this is important in increasing the level at which they understand and apply the
learned content (Suskie, 2018). Some of the research questions for a student to
use in the course study regarding the integration of faith and learning are major
to help with the understanding of the concept of quality products and these
include;
How can the learners taking this program use the gained skills and knowledge
needed to come up with appropriate research projects concerning this
eld?
The application of this question will assist in the creation of appropriate
measures that may help the learners to make use of the gained knowledge and
in that case, show their ability to research means that may need more attention
in the attempt of ensuring that there are more growth and reliability in this area
of study. In the course of the study, students come across readings and
activities which broadly through concentration, contribute to the development

of the student's skills to apply in any other task designs. Also, the methodology
used helps the student to apply the approach in the analysis of the businesses
and professions to handle challenges, which is a requirement to professional
leaders. The skills acquired from the study equips an individual with systems to
develop new strategic designs and how to implement them successfully in any
eld. Through a proper understanding of religious education, professionals gain
the con
dence to approach strategies and challenges from any dimension
possible in the achievement of the required quality of work.
In what approaches may the student gain the required skills and methods
needed to help in portraying the procedures that need more consideration in
improving the analytical thinking skills in business? Through the critical study
of the course, the student's best acquire the ability to perform an accurate
analysis of various situations in the business environment. Proper application
of the studied theories in the religious study, one gains the insights required to
analyze multiple factors to conclude on the best scheme to utilize. A qualitative
system of reasoning while analyzing something, offers better results in a
business setting and thus, ethical operations of the conducts involved.
Since there are multiple theories in relation to business and its working, how
can the learner taking this course use the gained skills to ensure that they can
defend some of the methods and also defend some of the concepts that may
need more attention in the business world? One of the essential skills is the
ability to know how to use the learned concepts and defending the theories
from an individual perspective of observation without relying on the knowledge
of the author. Therefore, students partaking the above-mentioned course of
study need to gain the intellectual capacity to apply the theories and concepts
of the empirical
ndings in the real-life experiences as it serves as a weapon to
ght the many challenges life may pose. As a business professional, it is

essential to rely on ethics and theories acquired in the course to lead the
directions of business. Ethics plays a critical responsibility in guiding and
correlating various factors.
In what approaches can the student in question gain the ability to examine the
various issues concerning business and in that case, lead towards the creation
of relevant
ndings in the business sector that they work? The application of
the concepts and conclusions of the course study mentioned highly assists a
student to analyze various issues in the business and hence well understand
how to manage the enterprise. Exercising qualitative management of the
company or a
rm is mostly dependent on the discipline one has over the
productions. Self-discipline determines how an employee can maximize the
utilization of the skills they have to the achievement of the set common goals.
Thus, the adoption and application of religious concepts and theories help an
individual to take up a role assigned from a different perspective.
Since multiple internal and external factors manage the business sector, how
will the student make use of the acquired knowledge to analyze these factors
as well as the signi
cant in
uence that they have and make critical choices?
The student's ability to understand the theories and the concepts of the study
and how they rely on each other provides a better view to the students on the
understanding of the factors where the business lies both internally and
externally. These two
elds mostly include the customers and the employees in
a business setting and thus the analysis to satisfy their wants simultaneously.
As the students perform their study, they have to adequately consider the
concepts of quality and productivity to ensure that their estimations correlate
to the ideas of the course applied. A signi
cant factor affecting the above issue
on proper analysis is that in most organizations, the companies need ef
cient
employees who are skilled to perform more tasks towards the achievement of

the goals. Thus the practical analytical skills, to prevent a risk from occurring or
for solving a particular issue.
Part 3: why quality management and productivity are signi
cant
Religion is a signi
cant factor that provides background information that is
required when addressing the most critical elements in business as well as the
necessary measures in solving most of the areas that may have a vital
contribution. The biblical teachings that Christianity offers enable people to
relate well with the various working models and concepts and at the same time
allows them to have an insight regarding the areas that may need more
attention. Having a positive perception towards business and the concentration
required to address the business requirements, Christians are able to come up
with appropriate measures that may solve the most critical problems that may
have a negative impact on the overall performance of most of the requirements
in the business sector. In any business setting, quality management of the
functions and ef
cient productivity, are the two most essential core agendas of
the entrepreneurs in the market as they set a competitive in
uence.
Also, when it comes to Christian life, the two concepts are well de
ned and
applied with the guidelines of God's purpose of global business. The values
used in business professionalism typically re
ect the Christian lifestyle of the
entrepreneur in the case. In the case scenario of the Christian life, the
productivity of business demonstrates how much a professional's decisions
and reasoning of the concepts applied and the theories in the guide, adhere
towards the respect and ful
lment of God's teachings. It is essential that
leaders in the various
elds, to view the concept of quality as a lifetime
decision which requires modi
cations and improvements consistently to
thoroughly satisfy the needs of the customers and employees in a Godly
manner of teachings. Therefore, it is essential for Christians to pursue lives

that are consistent with improvements seeking guidance from the biblical
teachings of the commands to follow and adhere to. Besides the productivity
rates in a business setting assist in the regular guide towards the achievement
of the targets set.
Christian principles offer a signi
cant foundation when it comes to the creation
of methods that are needed to ensure the productivity of businesses and at the
same time reducing the barriers that may hinder the performance of a
company. Since the scriptures offer insight regarding God and the intention
that he had regarding the business approaches, business organizations need to
ensure that they put up more efforts to ensure that they relate well and in
providing that the efforts may bring about more signi
cant bene
ts. Several
procedures concerning the management of quality and productivity have
broadly displayed how the functions are implemented to broaden and diversify
the Christian teachings and God's purpose of business on earth. Through the
consistent activities of the company by the professionals, they are required to
display care and concern to other Christians and individuals through their
actions. In most cases, it is ethical to create an employment opportunity for
several employees who need the chance to take care of their lives adequately.
With such an activity, it signi
cantly brings on the godly need of business on
earth.
The acts of generosity and kindness in the business
elds are designed through
the sharing of the intellectual power and knowledge of the business experts to
the new employees. Through offering training programs to the juniors or the
newly employed individuals, helps to promote the quality of the operations and
also boosts productivity in the business. Through these activities ensures good
relations between the employee and the employers as the achievement of the
desired goals is well monitored. Besides, the employees are boosted as they no

longer face the risks of termination of employment due to poor quality in
productivity. Therefore the act of sharing in the business professionalism
explains more on the ful
lment of the godly teachings and the advancement of
the works of Christianity in the business
elds.
Keller, (2012), offers insights concerning the teachings of the bible in the lives
of the Christians, which provides the map to the individuals on the directions to
adopt. The book furthers to provide the necessary intellectual power on how
and what decisions to take up ethically as a moral Christian through the bible
verses quoted and well explained for the understanding of humanity. It seeks to
educate the business professionals on how much business discipline
contributes towards success despite the hardships involved in the adoption of
the dedication to the business, and hard labour associated with it. Besides the
texts includes that despite the dif
culties, the business professional needs to
focus on the right paths and form an association with the Lord to guide their
ways in the various business paths and thus provides for their goals. Through
the right choices of directions, in business, the professionals are signi
cantly
to work out their analysis of the business conduct to serve the purpose of the
God on earth ad not to focus on the earthly power and riches that come with a
prosperous business.
Moreover from the concepts and the theories laid in Keller's text, it is essential
that as the professionals start up on the business responsibilities, they ask for
the intervention of the Lord in their work for guidance according to the
righteous paths of Christianity (Brown, 2019). This perspective adequately
enables to create excellent relations with the teachings of Christianity and also
guides on the moral values as a Christian, the great leaders in the business
needs to follow the instructions from the bible to reach the successful heights
desired. The concept of accountability is quite essential in a company as it

calls for quality performance for the satisfaction of all the involved members of
the organization. The concept of responsibility also helps in the broadening of
the teachings of a Christian as they guide on caring for a colleague the much
that individual cares for themselves.
Through this concept, it explains how many roles the ideas from Keller's text
contribute towards the expansion of the Christianity roles and morals in
business. Therefore, while carrying out business activities, professionals are
abundantly urged to perform the acts of transparency and humility while
serving every individual involved in the industry as it helps to cultivate the
moral values of the Christian teachings in the spread of the Gods gospel on
earth through the manly actions. These simple actions earn an individual more
of the respect and development in the market setting.
Conclusion
The thematic integration of faith and learning has adversely effected various
business perspectives through the skills acquired in the course of study. The
application of the concepts and the skills learned in the survey negatively
contributes to the ef
cient management of the concept of quality and effective
productivity in signi
cant businesses. Besides the thoughts of the Christian
teachings provide adequately to the management of quality products through
the application of the biblical teachings and following the moral values of
Christianity which include self-control humility and respect of humankind
dignity (Dena, 2017).
The implementation of the Godly teachings concerning Christianity values and
morals, offers insight and a boost in the business activities as it helps to
enhance the relationships of the business owner and all the individuals
involved including the employees, competitors and the customers. The
advancements of the Gods purpose of business on earth signi

of most of the requirements in the business sector. In any business setting, quality management
of the functions and efficient productivity, are the two most essential core agendas of the
entrepreneurs in the market as they set a competitive influence.
Also, when it comes to Christian life, the two concepts are well defined and applied with
the guidelines of God's purpose of global business. The values used in business professionalism

reasoning of the concepts applied and the theories in the guide, adhere towards the respect and
fulfilment of God's teachings. It is essential that leaders in the various fields, to view the concept
of quality as a lifetime decision which requires modifications and improvements consistently to
thoroughly satisfy the needs of the customers and employees in a Godly manner of teachings.
Therefore, it is essential for Christians to pursue lives that are consistent with improvements
seeking guidance from the biblical teachings of the commands to follow and adhere to. Besides
the productivity rates in a business setting assist in the regular guide towards the achievement of
the targets set.
Christian principles offer a significant foundation when it comes to the creation of
methods that are needed to ensure the productivity of businesses and at the same time reducing
the barriers that may hinder the performance of a company. Since the scriptures offer insight
regarding God and the intention that he had regarding the business approaches, business

Keller, (2012), offers insights concerning the teachings of the bible in the lives of the
Christians, which provides the map to the individuals on the directions to adopt. The book
furthers to provide the necessary intellectual power on how and what decisions to take up
ethically as a moral Christian through the bible verses quoted and well explained for the
understanding of humanity. It seeks to educate the business professionals on how much business
discipline contributes towards success despite the hardships involved in the adoption of the
dedication to the business, and hard labour associated with it. Besides the texts includes that
despite the difficulties, the business professional needs to focus on the right paths and form an
association with the Lord to guide their ways in the various business paths and thus provides for
their goals. Through the right choices of directions, in business, the professionals are
significantly to work out their analysis of the business conduct to serve the purpose of the God
on earth ad not to focus on the earthly power and riches that come with a prosperous business.
Moreover from the concepts and the theories laid in Keller's text, it is essential that as the
professionals start up on the business responsibilities, they ask for the intervention of the Lord in
their work for guidance according to the righteous paths of Christianity (Brown, 2019). This
perspective adequately enables to create excellent relations with the teachings of Christianity and
FAITH AND LEARNING 11
also guides on the moral values as a Christian, the great leaders in the business needs to follow
the instructions from the bible to reach the successful heights desired. The concept of
accountability is quite essential in a company as it calls for quality performance for the
satisfaction of all the involved members of the organization. The concept of responsibility also
helps in the broadening of the teachings of a Christian as they guide on caring for a colleague the
much that individual cares for themselves.
Through this concept, it explains how many roles the ideas from Keller's text contribute
towards the expansion of the Christianity roles and morals in business. Therefore, while carrying
out business activities, professionals are abundantly urged to perform the acts of transparency
and humility while serving every individual involved in the industry as it helps to cultivate the
moral values of the Christian teachings in the spread of the Gods gospel on earth through the
manly actions. These simple actions earn an individual more of the respect and development in
the market setting.
Conclusion
The thematic integration of faith and learning has adversely effected various business
perspectives through the skills acquired in the course of study. The application of the concepts
and the skills learned in the survey negatively contributes to the efficient management of the
concept of quality and effective productivity in significant businesses. Besides the thoughts of
the Christian teachings provide adequately to the management of quality products through the
application of the biblical teachings and following the moral values of Christianity which include
self-control humility and respect of humankind dignity (Dena, 2017).
FAITH AND LEARNING 12
The implementation of the Godly teachings concerning Christianity values and morals,
offers insight and a boost in the business activities as it helps to enhance the relationships of the
business owner and all the individuals involved including the employees, competitors and the
customers. The advancements of the Gods purpose of business on earth significantly helps the
business owners to spread the biblical teachings through their actions of goodness. Also, through
following the instructions of Christ, builds the reputation of the business and offers a strong
foundation of the business activities.

The
assessment

that
an

plays

critical
role
in
ensuring

the
creation
of
measures
that
may
improve
the
effectiveness
in
the
business
sector
(Roth,
Deuse,
&
Biedermann,

When
creating
a
business
the
need
for
quality
and
productivity
is
very
essential,
as
it
is
the
core
agenda
of
the
entrepreneur.
Besides
the
customers,
preferences
of
products
are
tallied
according
to
the

However

the
competitiveness
of

field
of
the

Quality
and
productivity
define
what
competition
is
like
in
the
market
and
could
adversely
lead
to
the

of
the business.

focuses
on
providing
the
schemes
and
strategies
on
how
to
increase
the
quality
and
create
an
effective
field
of
productivity
through
the
generation of
efficient
ideas
and
putting
them
into
actions
as
required.
Various
entrepreneurs

would
adequately
assist
in
the
effort
to
reduce
the
time
taken
and
speed
up
production
through
the
provision
of
quality
results.
Therefore
the
implementation
of
faith

as
a
course
helps
the

it
ensures
they
utilize
the
knowledge
offered
in
the
course
in
the
quest
to
fit
and
deal
with
the
challenges
or
changes
in
the
businesses.
Another major
significance
of
the
course
1s
that
the
business
professionals
are
equipped
with
the
managerial
strategies,
on
productive
decision
making.
Some
of
the
principles,
ensure
that
business
leaders
do
not
make
decisions
out
of
selfish
gains
from
the
business,
but
rather
decide
on
the
wellness
of
the
business
and
the
employees
together.
Thus
the
study
offers
insights
on
the
utilization
of
professionalism
and
ethics
of
leadership
to
value
to
the
students
enhance
the
achievement
of
similar
goals
within
the
business
environment.
The
course
contributes
adequately
through
the
provision
of
the
critical
thinking
attribute,
which
helps
in
the
quick
fixing
of
any
challenges
in
the
business
or
the
learning
activities
in
an
institution.
Business
entrepreneurs
who
are
guided
through
the
Christian
activities
and
teachings
are
faced with
various
challenges
in
the
making
of
decisions
that
do
not
affect
the
business
productivity
or
disappoint
the
customer
expectations
like
purchases
on
credit.
In
such
a
case
the
professional,
through
critical
thinking
well
know
how
to
handle
the
challenges
and
respond
ethically
to
them.
Through
biblical
teachings,
business
ethics
are
well
defined
for
the
well-being
of
all
the
beneficiaries.
Besides,
when
the
business
leaders
are
morally
right
and

they
earn
the
respect
of
the
many

It
is
important
to
implement
the
course
study
as
it
helps
to
build
foundations
of
business
on
love,
respect
and
moral
conduct
even
to

requires
that
the

while
analyzing

offers
better

in
a

and
thus
ethical

involved.
Since
there
are
multiple
theories
in
relation
to

its

how
can
the
learner
taking
this
course
use
the
gained
skills
to
ensure
that
they
can defend
some
of
the
theories
and
also
defend
some
of
the
concepts
that

One
of

As
a

it
is
important
to
rely
on
ethics
and

acquired
in
the

to
lead
the
directions
of
business.
Ethics
plays
a
critical
responsibility
in

in
that
case

towards
the
creation

findings
in
the
business
sector
that
they
work?
The
application
of
the
concepts
and
findings
of
the
course
study
mentioned
highly
assists
a
student
to
analyze
various
issues
in
the
business
and
hence
well
understand
how
to
manage
the
enterprise.
Exercising
qualitative
management
of
the
business
or
a
firm
is
largely
dependent
on
the
discipline
one
has
over
the

Self-discipline
determines
how
an
employee
can
maximize
the
utilization
of
the
skills
they
have
to
the
achievement
of
the
set
common
goals.
Thus,
the
adoption
and
application
of
religious
concepts
and
theories
help
an
individual
to
take
up
a
role
assigned
from
a
different
perspective.
Since
the
business
sector
is
managed
by
multiple
internal
and
external
factors,
how
will
the
student
make
use
of
the
acquired
knowledge
to
analyze
these
factors
as
well

that
they
have
and
make

The
student's
ability
to
understand
the

they
rely
on

provides
a
better
view
to
the
students
on
the
understanding
of
the
factors
where
the
business
lies
both
internally
and
externally.
These
two
fields
largely
include
the

A
major
factor

on

is
that

as
well
as
the

The
biblical

and
at

Having
a
positive
perception
towards
business
and
the
attention

to
address
the
business

Christians
are
able
to
come

with
appropriate
measures
that
may
solve
the
most

that
may

a
negative

most
of
the

efficient
productivity,
are
the
two
most
essential
core
agendas
of
the
entrepreneurs
in
the
market
as
they
set
a
competitive

Also
when
it

the
two
concepts
are
well

of

of

It
is
important
that
leaders
in
the
various
fields,
to
view
the
concept
of
quality
as
a
lifetime
decision
which
requires
modifications
and
improvements
consistently
to
well
satisfy
the
needs
of
the
customers
and
employees
in
a
Godly
manner
of
teachings.
Therefore,
it
is
important
for
Christians
to
pursue
lives that
are

with
improvements
seeking
guidance
from
the
biblical
teachings
of
the
commands
to
follow
and
adhere
to.
Besides
the

setting

in

of

Christian
principles
offer
a
significant
foundation
when
it
comes
to
the
creation
of
methods
that
are
needed
to
ensure
the
productivity
of
businesses
and
at
the
same
time
reducing
the
barriers
that
may
hinder
the
performance
of
a
company.
Since
the
scriptures
offer
insight
regarding
God
and
the
intention
that
he
had
regarding
the
business
approaches,
business
organizations
need
to
ensure
that
they
put
up
more
efforts
to
ensure
that
they
relate
well
and
in
ensuring
that
the
efforts
may
bring
about
more
significant
benefits.
Several
procedures
concerning
the
management
of
quality
and
productivity
have
broadly
displayed
how
the
functions
are
implemented
to
broaden
and
diversify
the
Christian
teachings
and
™
purpose
of
business
on
earth.
Through
the
consistent
activities
of
business
by
the
professionals,
they
are
required
to
display
care
and
concern
to
other
Christians
and
individuals
through
their
actions.in
most
cases,
it
is
ethical
to
create
an
employment
opportunity
for
several
employees
who
really
need
the
opportunity
to
take
care
of
their lives
adequately.
With
such an
activity
it
significantly
brings
on
the
godly
need
of
business
on
earth.
The
acts
of
generosity
and
kindness
in
the
business
fields
are
designed
through
the
sharing
of
the
intellectual
power
and
knowledge
of
the
business
experts
to
the
new
employees.
Through
offering
training
programs
to
the
juniors
or
the
newly
employed
individuals,
helps
to
promote
the
quality
of
the
operations
and
also
boosts
productivity
in
the
business.
Through
these
activities
ensures
good
relations
between
the
employee
and
the
employers
as
the
achievement
of
the
desired
goals
is
well
monitored.
Besides,
the
employees
are
boosted
as
they
no
longer
face
the
risks
of
termination
of
employment
due
to
poor
quality
in
productivity.
Therefore
the

explains
more
on
the

of
the

and
the

of
Christianity
in
the
business
fields.
Keller,
(2012),
offers
insights
concerning
the
teachings
of
the
bible
in
the
lives
of
the
Christians,
which
provides
the
map
to
the
individuals
on
the
directions
to
adopt.
The
book
furthers
to
provide
the
necessary
intellectual
power
on
how
and
what
decisions
to
take
up
ethically
as
a
moral
Christian
through
the
bible
verses
quoted
and
well
explained
for
the
understanding
of
humanity.
It
seeks
to
educate
the
business
professionals
on
how
much
business
discipline
contributes
towards
success
despite
the
hardships
involved
in
the
adoption
of
the
dedication
to
the
business,
and
hard
labor
associated
with
it.
Besides
the
texts
includes
that
despite
the
hardships,
the
business
professional
needs
to
focus
on
the
right
paths
and form
an
association
with
the
Lord
to
guide
their
paths
in
the
various
business
paths
and
thus
provides
for
their
goals.
Through
the
right
choices
of
directions,
in
business,
the
professionals
are
significantly
to
work
out
their
analysis
of
the
business
conduct
to
serve
the
purpose
of
the
god
on
earth
ad
not
to
focus
on
the
earthly
power
and
riches
that
come
with
a
prosperous
business.
Moreover
from
the
concepts
and
the
theories
laid
in
Keller's
text,
it
1s
important
that
as
the
professionals
start
up
on
the
business
responsibilities,
they
ask
for
the
intervention
of
the
Lord
in
their
work
for
guidance
according
to
the
righteous
paths
of
Christianity
(Brown,
2019).
This
perspective
adequately
enables
to
create
great
relations
with
the
teachings
of
Christianity
and
also
guides
on
the
moral
values
as a
Christian,
the
great
leaders
in
the
business
needs
to
follow
the
teachings
from
the
bible
to
reach
the
successful
heights
desired.
The
concept
of
accountability
is
quite
essential
in
a
business
as
it
calls
for
quality
performance
for
the
satisfaction
of
all
the
involved
members
of
the
organization.
The
concept
of
accountability
also

helps
in
the
broadening
of
the
teachings
of
a
Christian
as
they
guide
on
caring
for
a
fellow
colleague
the
much
that

cares
for
themselves.
Through
this
concept,
it
explains
how
many
roles
the
concepts
from
Keller's
text
contribute
towards
the
expansion
of
the
Christianity
roles
and
morals
in
business.
Therefore,
while
carrying
out
business
activities,
professionals
are
abundantly
urged
to
perform
the
acts
of
transparency
and
humility
while
serving
every
individual
involved
in
the
business
as
it
helps
to
cultivate
the
moral
values
of
the
Christian
teachings
in
the
spread
of
the
Gods
gospel
on
earth
through
the
manly
actions.
These
simple
actions
earn
an
individual
more
of
the
respect
and
development
in
the
market
setting.
Conclusion
The
thematic
integration
of
faith
and
learning
has
adversely
effected
various
business
perspectives
through
the
skills
acquired
in
the
course
of
study.
The
application
of
the
concepts
and

in
the
study
adversely
contributes
to
the

of
the
concept

Besides
the
concepts of
the
Christian
teachings
contribute
adequately
to
the
management
of

products
through
the
application
of
the
biblical
teachings
and
following
the
moral
values
of
Christianity
which
include
self-control
humility
and
respect
of
humankind
dignity
(Dena,

of
the
Godly

it
helps
to
enhance
the
