an organization are determined based on what they to be are important and meaningful. Rational,
natural, and open system perspectives are very much intertwined within an organization and
differ based on the vision and goals of the organization. (Tikhomirov, 2017) article added
valuable incite into scientific management that was overlooked by many theorists throughout the
years. This added study reinforced Taylor theory.
Define Characteristics
Rational, Natural, and Open systems of perspectives of Organization are key theoretical
aspects that organizations have embodied since the beginning of the 1900s. Organizations have
become a staple within social structures based on their characteristics and established order. The
three theoretical perspectives are vital parts of the organization and the focus points of different
aspects within an organization. (Jakobsen, 2014) provided an in-depth review of the original
writings of Richard, Scotts’ book, Institutions, and Organizations: Ideas, Interests, and Identities
