INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 2
Abstract
Through this extensive research, it explains God’s purpose on this earth for business and having
other Christian values in an organization. This includes the use of advanced technology and other
computer software programs and for leaders and managers to use it properly to their advantage.
For example, Christian leaders must continue to inspire other leaders to believe in Jesus Christ
and become stronger leaders in the future to bring a positive impact to their working
environment in an organization. Business leaders and managers must follow the right business
ethics to improve their customer service relations and so their organization can remain successful
for many years. Software developers and programmers must know how to implement the latest
computer software available to them to protect their organization's online privacy. Project and
human resource managers in a corporation must continue to work effectively with other cultures
serving God’s purpose on this earth.
Keywords: leaders, managers, information technology, Christian leaders
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 3
Concepts and Theories
In a Christian worldview, many Christian leaders in an organization do bring a positive
impact to a working environment by inspiring their employees to believe in God and read the
Bible more often if possible (Cabodevila, 2020). Christian and strategic leadership in most
organizations define good work ethics in inspiring their workers to become better leaders in the
future (Jones et al., 2018). Information technology (IT) has also changed the way thousands of
organizations conduct their business online and in the global market today (Balica, 2019).
Society and organizations must adapt to the challenges and changes of technology as it continues
to grow daily. Servant leaders and corporate leadership will need to continue to work with other
Christian leaders in advancing God’s purpose for business on this earth to try and avoid the
human sin and bring a positive impact to their organization and their employees (Mcquade et al.,
2021). God’s main purpose on this earth is for all people and organizations to be successful even
when they struggle in their personal lives.
A concept is in what ways does spirituality impact an organization by having the right
servant and strategic leadership (Cabodevila, 2020). Human-centered societies are meant to build
and develop human resource management (Cooke et al., 2022). The positive aspect is that the
field of servant leadership continues to advance and develop for organizations to hire and inspire
people to become stronger leaders in the long run (Mcquade et al., 2021). Theories in the
business academic field are meant for researchers and students to learn the outcomes of how an
organization is supposed to function by using technology properly and the benefits of it (Balica,
2019). Christian leaders must continue to inspire other employees to become better leaders by
believing in Jesus Christ and their purpose of living in this world as an example (Jones et al.,
2018).
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 4
Concepts and theories in a Christian worldview are meant to help individuals show them
how God has a purpose on this earth and in their personal lives. Strategic and Christian leaders
are meant to inspire other leaders in an organization and lead them towards success when it is
possible (Jones et al., 2018). The use of advanced computer software programs is meant to bring
benefits to an organization when they are used properly by the right leader, programmer, or
manager (Balica, 2019). Human dignity and societies are meant to bring diversity and cultures in
many organizations for business leaders to work with and help bring a positive working
environment overall (Cooke et al., 2022). Computer technology and disruptions can be caused by
the wrong users when they tend to abuse technology by invading someone’s online privacy in an
organization including through the use of social media (Kumar et al., 2022).
Network security online issues can also be caused in an organization through the use of
social media websites like Facebook and Twitter that are harming God’s purpose for
organizations to run a successful business in the future (Kumar et al., 2022). Employee
monitoring and surveillance have caused many conflicts in a corporation in previous years
between their employees because Christian or servant leaders feel it is an invasion of their
privacy (Balica, 2019). With fast-emerging technologies, these issues will continue to arise as
technology continues to advance each year (Lorenz-Spreen et al., 2023). Christian leadership is
meant to limit these kinds of issues in an organization, but it does not always work in a positive
way unfortunately. Online privacy issues through the use of social media do affect the whole
world and the global markets today.
Business theories include a company’s successful operations, marketing strategies, and
finance along with using advanced technology to their advantage (Cooke et al., 2022). This
includes proposed laws and policies for a company and their workers to follow in order for them
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 5
remain successful in the long-term including the proper use of technology (Lorenz-Spreen et al.,
2023). Issues with online privacy in an organization will continue to be an issue as it is
impossible for it to be stopped and it can only be limited (Kumar et al., 2022). Therefore, God’s
purpose on this earth is for people to go to heaven and read the Bible daily not to commit crimes
online and invade someone’s privacy (Cabodevila, 2020). Research opportunities will continue
to arise in online privacy issues as it has become a difficult but popular issue for many people
and organizations to deal with today.
Not all Christian leaders can inspire their team members and other leaders in an
organization to believe in Jesus Christ and read the Bible on a daily basis (Jones et al., 2018). It
does take time for Christian leaders to bring a positive impact to a working environment and in
an organization as a whole. Business concepts and theories are defined for most organizations to
have good ethics for their leaders and managers to follow (Cooke et al., 2022). Additionally,
Christian and strategic leaders must know how to lead their team members towards the right
direction if possible (Cabodevila, 2020). Servant leadership is meant to bring positive energy and
motivation to an organization and their employees in a working environment (Mcquade et al.,
2021). It will continue to help organizations hire the right leaders and managers for the job.
Social media does tend to be the main source of communication for many organizations
and their employees as technology continues to rise (Kumar et al., 2022). Facebook tends to be
the most popular social media platform for many organizations especially in the United States of
America (US) (Lorenz-Spreen et al., 2023). All of social media websites can be accessed by
having a stable internet connection and through a smartphone or laptop computer. It does help
companies build business relations with other organizations when the use of technology is used
properly by their employees (Balica, 2019).
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 6
Current and Legal Trends
Current and legal trends in the information technology field rely heavily on users and
employees in an organization to use technology properly towards their advantage and respect the
other worker's online privacy (Lorenz-Spreen et al., 2023). Some leaders and business managers
do not like to be monitored in an organization and feel that it is an invasion of privacy for some
reason (Balica, 2019). It is a legal trend for most organizations today to use advanced technology
to monitor their employees working activities and behavior. Some critical questions will arise as
in why employee surveillance is allowed in an organization? Or why does technology continue to
rise rapidly? Will technology continue to cause disruptions in a corporation? Can invasion of
online privacy be stopped or limited? This includes on how organizations can prevent sexual
harassment or discrimination in the workplace? What is God’s purpose on this earth in a
Christian worldview?
Human dignity and business trends come from Christian leaders who are bold enough to
inspire their followers and other workers in an organization to become stronger leaders of Jesus
Christ in the future (Cabodevila, 2020). Christian leadership in a secular world means there are
people who sin and do not always believe in God (Jones et al., 2018). Leadership challenges and
issues will keep arising as not every employee wants to become a better leader or listen to other
Christian leaders and their advice to believe in Jesus Christ. This extensive research relates to
how critical each question will be related to the IT field, God’s purpose on this earth, a Christian
worldview, and general business theories that impact an organization in a positive or negative
way (Cooke et al., 2022). IT managers must always follow the right business ethics and policies
in an organization when it comes to hiring and using software applications properly (Balica,
2019).
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 7
Computer advances and other kinds of technology will continue to change and affect how
organizations run their customer service operations (Kumar et al., 2022). There are many ethical
issues in learning how to use analytics along with advanced technology in an organization by
business leaders or managers (Dimitrios & Stavros, 2021). Learning analytics relates to
collecting data and statistics from the economy and other organizations that make a huge impact
in the global market. Business ethics is usually a framework of moral principles that is concerned
with what is right for individuals and human society today (Qamar et al., 2021). Conflicts will
always exist in between organizational structures and human-centered societies because of the
different cultures and backgrounds that are hired to work in an organization (Cooke et al., 2022).
Christian leaders and business managers will need to continue working effectively to
bring a positive impact to their working environment in a corporation (Cabodevila, 2020).
Strategic, servant, and corporate leaders must have the right attitude and charisma to work with a
group of team members and employees from different cultures and lead them towards success
(Mcquade et al., 2021). Many leaders and executive coaches in different kinds of organizations
must always know how to work with different cultures and backgrounds daily within their
leadership positions. God’s purpose on this earth will continue to be that leaders and managers
and all other individuals are meant to go to heaven by following the right Bible principles and
believing in their purpose of being alive in this world (Jones et al., 2018).
Current ethical and other legal trends will usually have a connection related to human
dignity. It is meant to show people by discussing how religious perspectives can improve
business ethics in an organization (Mea & Sims, 2019). Every organization and their leaders
need a good foundation to make the right business decisions in order for their company to remain
successful for many years to come (Mcquade et al., 2021). This research shows that Christian
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 8
leaders and thinkers have made substantial contributions to business ethics for many decades
(Cabodevila, 2020). Many Christian leaders and their followers who believe in Jesus Christ will
continue to serve this earth a purpose and live for Jesus Christ.
Organizations need to also have a good framework that helps their employees and
managers understand the foundation of how business ethics are developed through human
spirituality (Cabodevila, 2020). Human dignity is usually adopted from religions and spirituality
when Christian leaders and their followers pray to Jesus Christ daily serving a purpose for
business on this earth in an organization (Mea & Sims, 2019). Natural laws explain through
business theories that organizations and their employees must always follow the right ethics and
policies or there will be consequences eventually within their job positions (Jones et al., 2018).
Leaders and managers need to be careful because they may lose their jobs if they are not
following the right business ethics and policies in a corporation. Human dignity is meant to
respect the human being and respected leaders and hard-working individuals in this world that
exist.
Having self-control is important in today’s society and for Christian leaders to know how
to respect other individuals who believe in God but from other religions and beliefs (Cabodevila,
2020). It is important for leaders and other individuals to understand what human dignity is by
reading the Bible and believing in God. There are people who do not believe in God and are not
Christians for some reason and will not even understand what human dignity is if they never read
the Bible (Jones et al., 2018). The Catholic church does support the idea that profits and
investing can help many organizations remain successful for many years (Mea & Sims, 2019).
Ethical leaders and workers are mostly responsible for their organizations and business
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 9
enterprises to society and the economic well-being of other people (Dimitrios & Stavros, 2021).
Profits are necessary to help bring success in an organization in the future.
God’s Purpose
God’s purpose on this earth serves people and individuals to follow the proper path to
heaven if it is possible. Further research and studies are significant and critical for advancing
God’s purpose for business on this earth because it is meant for companies and people, in
general, to be successful by reading the Bible (Jones et al., 2018). Christian leaders may have it
difficult at times when it comes to inspiring other employees in an organization to believe in
Jesus Christ and read the Bible more often (Cabodevila, 2020). God’s purpose for advancement
will continue to happen for a variety of reasons as technology continues to grow and human sins
are still being committed daily (Mea & Sims, 2019). It is a cruel world right now and a difficult
time for people to pray and believe in God because of all sins being committed.
Computer advancements and the use of social media websites like Facebook and Twitter
have grown tremendously over the years and that some people do not pay attention to God’s
purpose on this earth including reading the Bible (Cabodevila, 2020). Computer programmers
and IT managers who have training in business analytics do not always follow Bible principles
and believe in God or Christianity as an example (Dimitrios & Stavros, 2021). The impact of
using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in an organization will always be felt by
their leaders and managers when it is used properly (Shajrawi & Aburub, 2023). It is God’s
purpose for employees in a corporation to use an ERP system and other kinds of computer
software programs for their benefit and for their success in business if they are using technology
properly.
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 10
Using an ERP system and organizational agility are meant to monitor an organization's
usage and behavior as programmers and managers must make sure it is implemented properly
before it is used (Shajrawi & Aburub, 2023). Responsiveness and flexibility in using an ERP
system is important for many organizations to monitor by their leaders and project managers.
Jesus Christ will continue to help this earth develop new leaders and managers along with
organizations, especially when they are following the right Bible principles and Christian values
that exist in life (Cabodevila, 2020). Christian leaders that believe in Gods’ purpose on this earth
will usually follow the right business ethics and Christian values in a corporation and inspire
their followers to set a better example for other leaders in a working environment (Jones et al.,
2018).
Using and implementing an ERP system in an organization can be complicated to execute
at times even by the right IT manager or software programmer. Business leaders and executive
coaches must try to use and follow the proper business ethics in order for them to bring success
in an organization and their working environment (Shajrawi & Aburub, 2023). Even
entrepreneurs who are Christian will try and inspire their business partners and other investors to
believe in Jesus Christ and read the Bible more often when it is possible (Jones et al., 2018).
Christianity is not something that can be learned in a day as it takes practice and having good
faith to believe and pray to God daily. God’s purpose on this earth will usually help people and
other individuals live a good positive life and be successful in their careers in the future
(Cabodevila, 2020).
Having good customer relations by using marketing strategies and the right business
analytics will help an organization remain successful for many years but they must continue to
hire the right leaders and managers (Dimitrios & Stavros, 2021). Service logic and business
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 11
analytics will usually help bring an organization success along with good marketing strategies to
attract many customers online and in the global market (Mea & Sims, 2019). It is the right
Christian values and ethics that will also help most organizations remain successful when it
comes to improving their customer relations and hiring the right Christian leaders (Cabodevila,
2020). Christianity, spirituality, and customers are what usually brings values and success to
many organizations by using the right marketing management skills and strategies (Jones et al.,
2018).
Good customer service is critical to an organization's success besides having good
Christian values as customers are the main reason why a company will remain in business and is
part of God’s purpose on this earth for business (Mea & Sims, 2019). Globalization, culture, and
religions are all aspects on how an organization should function and will bring a positive impact
to their working environment and corporate leaders (Mcquade et al., 2021). Globalization will
always have a huge impact on culture and diversity in an organization as many companies will
need to work with other foreign investors overseas (Cooke et al., 2022). Christian leaders in
South Africa and in the Middle East have already made a positive impact on other leaders
through culture and globalization by inspiring them to work effectively with other cultures and
by using the right Bible principles (Jones et al., 2018).
Conclusion
In conclusion to this extensive research, it is recommended that leaders and managers
follow the right Bible principles and business ethics so they can remain successful in an
organization and within their leadership positions. Technology will continue to grow and
advance as it will force organizations to get adapted and change the way they work online and in
the foreign market. Business leaders, IT managers, and executive coaches will need to keep
INTEGRATION OF CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW PAPER 12
working together effectively with other employees and learn how to use new technology and
computer software programs that are developed each year. God’s purpose for business on this
earth will always be about inspiring people to believe in Jesus Christ and read the Bible often.
This includes for businesses to continue to hire Christian leaders and inspire their other workers
to believe in Jesus Christ by setting good Biblical principles for them if possible.
