Abstract
This literature review paper explains the significant roles Human Resources (HR) plays in an
organization and gives analysis report on Human Resources (HR) as the first and last level every
employee will have to pass through within an organization system. This literature review
analyzes the relationship among human resources management and human resources
development; it also discusses the major importance of organization design and tools of
organization structure.
Summary article reviewing and examine the important of organization design and the
model of organization structure. This review explains how Human Resources serve as the brain
of an organization and deals with the activities of organizations both internally and externally.
The main functions of human resources management (HRM) is to manage employees and
employees compensations such as salaries, retirement plan, labor relations, recruitment, policies
