Introduction
To properly assess a business’ value, there needs to be am evaluation of the company’s
financial statement and risk assessment. The fully understand the scope of the financial
assessment, there needs to be an analysis of the income statements, analysis of the financial
ratios, and the analysis of the cash flow of the company. The analysis of the income statements
by utilizing the common size income statements allows a vertical overview of how a business is
doing within the identified timeframe.
