Great Performance Establishments and Tactical Methods that can be used to Advance
Employee Routine in Healthcare
Great performance companies are a theoretical framework for companies that lead to
improved sustainable organization enactment. These organizations have methods to adapt to their
surrounding environments. They can easily adjust to the new emerging trends while delivering
quality services to meet customer's needs. They are more focused on long term goals and success
(Resende & Fujihara, 2018). They quickly embrace changes and will do what needs to be done to
fulfill their goals. They are also called high assurance organizations. They have some
characteristics that distinguish them from the rest.
Dimension and Response
The leaders utilize the feedback they get from their workers and clients. They use this to
continuously improve themselves and curb competition (de Waal, 2020). The workers give
information and ideas on the current trends keeping their leaders on toes and having removal of
non-performing leaders.
Clear Management
The management is well outlined for every worker to see and approach them. The leaders
have created a good friendship with workers that make the organizations moves far and beyond
(Resende & Fujihara 2018). They help their workers meet set targets while evaluating their
performance.
Financial Competence
They utilize most of their funds to improve employee performance constantly. The Human
Resource appreciates and regularly awards the most performing employees while encouraging
slow workers. New ways of allocating the clients to maximize profits are periodically updated.

Teamwork
The managers and the leaders gear a spirit of teamwork. They are well aware that for any
organization to successful collaboration is vital. All departments come together to meet the
companies goals while making profits.
Ways to Increase Workers Productivity in Healthcare
Healthcare workers are often overwhelmed by the kind of work that needs their attention. Most
of them are never appreciated and result in most people complaining about them. Below are
some of the ways that can be used to increase their productivity and create a better healthcare
system
Utilization of Technology
Most of the mistakes that arise in healthcare departments can be avoided with the proper
technology. This means that the medics and nurses' work can be made easier to focus on more
patients in a day (Ahmed et al., 2018). It can boost their performance and morale as they know
they are well taken care of in their line of work. Errors and mistakes can be easily avoided by
proper information circulated to the right departments at the right time. Nurses can enjoy their
jobs as they the most workers who encounter difficulty in tracing client's data. Technology will
ease up some of the tasks done by healthcare workers like retrieval of information and proper
cancer screening equipment.
Improved Workflows
Most of the time, wasted in hospitals and healthcare departments can be avoided as
repetition is the root cause of incorrect workflows. Most workers find themselves doing the same
thing more than once to get the right information or results (Gile, 2018). Poor information flow
leads to confusion and time wastage. This is the case, especially in public sectors. The system is
4
doomed, making it unreliable. With improved workflows, healthcare workers can enjoy their
jobs and giving it their best.
Utilize Communication Apps
This can be very helpful, especially in emergency cases. This is because there have been
numerous cases of misdiagnosis due to poor information. Sometimes the healthcare workers t=do
not receive the right information at the right time (Basu et al., 2017). With proper communication
apps, they can speed up the patient recovery process and avoiding errors and mistakes that accrue
from miscommunication.
Give Rewards and Incentives
Healthcare workers go far and beyond to ensure we receive the best care with the little
equipment available at their disposal. They aim to save lives as much as they can. With the
ongoing pandemic, they have shown how much they are willing to sacrifice, and some have
succumbed to the disease. Efforts should be put in place to appreciate these frontline workers.
Some of the rewards that they can get are rewards like increases incentives and allowances. This
can be used to boost their morale and give them a reason to go the extra mile. Recognizing every
little effort they make can be done in small ways by giving them rewards for the most improved
health worker in the department (Mutsoli & Kiruthu, 2019). They can also be given departmental
promotions, which can boost their morale by working extra hard. Some of these doctors have
ideas that have never been implemented, which could help solve some of the underlying
problems in the healthcare sector if only they were allowed to perform them. Non-monetary
rewards can be utilized, like providing them with the required knowledge to compete in the
industry effectively.
Trusting in God
5
The Bible says in Proverbs 3: 5 that we should trust in God in all our ways. God is the
center of everything in our lives, health families, and our peace. Putting God first in everything
gives puts us a step ahead of everything (Kenmogne, 2020). Healthcare workers should dedicate
their work to God as the lives of many people depend on them. Management should put
strategies and ways to ensure the presence of God is felt at all times.
