Personal Code of Ethics
I will “count others more significant than myself” (Phillipians 2:3), making sure I
treat everyone as a valuable human being created in God’s image.
I will keep my word, even if that means passing up a better opportunity in order to
keep an earlier promise.
I will not be prideful, thinking I can do everything by myself, and instead, I will ask
for help when necessary.
I will work hard and always put my best effort into my work.
I will admit when I make a mistake, and I’ll take responsibility for my mistakes.
I will learn from my mistakes and endeavor to not repeat them.
I will fulfill my responsibilities with honesty and integrity, even if no one is around
to see me.
I will avoid situations that compromise my witness as a Christian.
