INSTRUCTIONS
You will complete a full-sentence outline for the second part of this paper. The outline
must
include a thesis statement, the research question(s)/issues being
answered/addressed, how much
space will be allotted for each section of the paper, and a preliminary reference list of
at least 5
scholarly sources (that are less than 10 years old).
The full sentence outline format is essentially the same as the alphanumeric outline.
The main
difference (as the title suggests) is that full sentences are required at each level of
the outline.
This outline is most often used when preparing a traditional essay.

Thesis statement: Training strategies form a significant part of every successful organization
because they make it possible for them to establish protocols for the development of the
professional skills of their employees. Applying the various strategies in the employee training
sessions helps enhance the employees' productivity, resulting in improved performance and
productivity outcomes for the organization.
I. Training strategies are widely applied by successful organizations.
a. The success of many profitable organizations is linked to the strategies they apply
in training their employees.
b. It forms a significant part of the operations of the organization, particularly
embedded in the functions of the human resource department.
c. Both the employees and the organization stand to benefit from the application of
effective training strategies in the training processes of an organization.
i. Training strategies are a fundamental part of every successful business.
ii. Helping employees grow from the various forms of training benefits both
employees and the organization.
II. Training strategies are characterized by procedures and protocols that have been put in
place by an organization to promote the skill and knowledge development of the
employees.
a. Successful organizations use training as a moderator to improve the performance
and skills of the employees, which the employees can then share with their
colleagues at work, bettering the overall performance of the organization
(Manzoor et al., 2019).

III. The future of employee training entails training strategies that keep getting better, as
reflected by the current trends.
a. Employee-driven skill development forms a significant part of the current and
future trends of employee training as a significant strategy to meet an
organization's development needs (Dachner et al., 2021).
b. The future of business is Artificial Intelligence (AI) which means that
organizations should capitalize on it and adopt higher-level training strategies that
are aligned with AI and its use to facilitate a smooth transition of the employees
to the new technologies (Fountaine et al., 2019).
c. There is a need to consider new and more effective training strategies in business
organizations to help employees keep up with the rapidly evolving business
environment brought about by emerging and continuing technological
developments (Whysall et al., 2019).
IV. Applying the right training strategies based on the specific needs of the employees
promotes organizational effectiveness (Burhan Ismael et al., 2021).
V. Ineffective training strategies result in poor training outcomes decreasing employee
motivation and job satisfaction, which then results in poor performance and productivity
outcomes.
VI. In conclusion, the success of most organizations is highly influenced by the performance
of their employees, which is enhanced through the adoption of effective training
strategies in their development programs.
a. Organizations should recognize the vital role of skill development for their
employees in achieving the desired productivity and profitability levels.
