Human and Financial Resources Assignment
My new Venture is a company called a startup accelerator specializing in the
marketing, sales and exposure of a new construction company or companies that are struggling.
To start this section, we are going to be talking about the personnel and the employee base
that is needed to have a successful business accelerator program. Within our company it is
typical to have a 3–6-month program based on the customers specific needs and wants from our
program. Our employee base would revolve around 3-4 different personal categories. The first
category is sales and marketing, The duties of sales and marketing include producing original
sales plans, captivating ads, emails, and promotional materials, pricing strategies, and achieving
marketing and sales human resource goals. By studying the market, rivals, and sector trends, the
sales and marketing person drives initiatives to improve product awareness on behalf of the
organization.
You need to have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to be a
productive part of the sales and marketing team. Additionally, you should be very knowledgeable
and adept in both sales and marketing.
The second team member we would need to find would be a highly skilled account and
money mentor. This individuals job would be to search deep into customers personal finances
and accounts to see where operations are starting to fail and how they can be improved. Account
analysis is the practice of carefully reviewing each line item in a financial transaction or
statement for a specific account, sometimes by a certified auditor or accountant. An account
analysis can show patterns or provide information about how a certain account is doing and how
to improve it.
The third employee we would need to optimize our clients company and increase team
3
chemistry. The job title applied to this person would fit many categories but ultimately, they
would be considered the team leader. We will be searching for a goal-oriented team leader who
will be in charge of overseeing and monitoring a group of consultants in order to accomplish the
goals of the company and boost revenue. They will oversee clients teams, offering direction,
coaching, training, and leadership abilities to motivate the team to work at their best. To get the
most of the sales team's potential, they should build a cohesive team that collaborates well.
They must have a history of inspiring customers teams and achieving effective sales
outcomes if you want to succeed as a team leader. In the end, a top-notch team leader should
have strong interpersonal skills to forge lasting bonds with the team and with clients, be goal-
driven, and effectively oversee the team's daily operations.
The team leader would oversee all operations within our company ultimately but everyone of
our employees is very important within operations and we believe that no employees should be
placed over others. As a team everyone is important especially within a company with a small
employee base. We need all employees to collaborate and work hard on their specific tasks to
succeed.
We would start our company with our employees being on standard salaries based on their
job titles. Sales and marketing would be a standard 55k annual salary. Account analyzers salary
would be about 70k. Our team leaders salary would be a 75k annual salary. Although these are
all standard annual salaries it is very important to note that our employees pay will be affected
highly off commission. Sales and marketing would be offered the highest amount of commission
based on the number of clients they can producer for our customer. Since part of our contract is
based on the amount of value we bring to our customers and percentage of sales we achieve
every employee in our company will be offered a profit-sharing opportunity to optimize our
4
employees production. Therefore, making employees want to succeed instead of just showing up
day to day for their annual salaries.
To start with we will be paying our employees hourly but as we progress and gain more
capital, we will be able to expand and pay our employees more. I believe we will need to find
private lenders initially to keep our heads above water in the first year but after we are able to
gain more contracts and larger companies to be our clients we will grow at a very steady pace.

Using the animated world and internet we will be able to ultimately duplicate our company’s
business strategies fast and effectively in different areas of the world.
When including biblical integration into my company I would like to use four different
principles. God owns it all everything we own as Christians it belongs to God and this mindset
needs to stay consistent when approaching the business if you keep that in mind you will easily
be able to guide your company through biblical principles. The second principle is do unto others
as you would have them do unto you which in the Bible is considered the golden rule. This is
important to give customers a fair price, polite and kind responses, how to address complaints,
pay people fair wage, and keeping your promises. The third action is to take action and work
hard. In, James 2:17 it says so also faith by itself, if it does not have works, it is dead. Meaning if
you are unable to put in the work your company will fail. Lastly, be wary of debt and it also
speaks on this in the Bible. As Christians we should tread carefully when borrowing money
because the borrower is a servant to the lender in in the Bible, we are told to owe no man
anything.
