Goals
•Nonfinancial Goals
1. To Increase the amount of diversity within our company by reaching out to
others and including them in the say.
2. “As we bring in new team members and support their growth at Apple, we’re highly
encouraged that our workforce will become more representative at all levels of
the company.”
3. To hire those who are minority groups and those who are
underrepresented amongst all the tech industries. (Apple, 2019)
4. Become a larger influence around the world on the terms of representing females.
5. Invest in human rights groups in underdeveloped parts of the world.
6. Increase the amount of technology exposure to nations with economies that can
benefit from the technology presented. Like scripture says in 1 Corinthians 10:24
“No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.”

•Financial Goals
1. Overcome the economic deceleration in the Chinese markets.
2. Allow our sustained revenue not to go below the 84 billion dollar mark for the
first quarter.
3. Increase the iPhone changes and differences in order to maintain a
growing revenue structure.
4. With all projections met we anticipate 130 billion this year in revenue.
5. Make it easier to trade in a phone at any of our store locations.
6. Increase the number of storefront stores both domestically and internationally.
