I was looking through the grades. It looks like you were unable to participate in the final group
project. I wanted to reach out and see if you wanted to complete a separate assignment this
weekend to get some credit for the project as I understand you were having challenges with the
course.
If you would like to do that, the assignment would be to complete a two page paper, with at

This is your choice if you would like to do this. Please let me know if you do want to do this or if

The most common method of measuring employee’s satisfaction is the use of the

organization (Kiruja, & Mukuru, 2018). For instance, in the survey question workers may be
asked to give their independent opinion on how they feel working for the organization. Another

Better remuneration.
The reason for every worker is to earn a salary which can help him or her improve his or
her living standard. Any worker who is earning less salary which cannot sustain him or her may
feel dissatisfied working for the organization. Therefore, an organization should ensure they have
a minimum wage rate which is relevant to the living standard in the area.
Fair Treatment of workers
There are many instances where many workers have reported to have been mistreated by
their employers. There are many ways workers may be mistreated, the common ways of
mistreating workers include physical harassment, sexual harassment as well as unnecessary fines
or salary reduction. Depending on the kind of mistreatment, any form of mistreatment will lead
to employee dissatisfaction. Therefore, an organization should ensure workers are fairly treated
by giving them the right channel or platform to address their grievances, For instance, the
organization may have an open forum with the workers, for both to address their concern in the
right manner (Njoroge, & Yazdanifard, 2014)
Favorable work policies
Organization policies influence how workers relate in the organization, for instance,
organization workers must always ensure they adhere to the organization policies. Some policies
may be unbearable for works due to their strict terms. Such policies may lead to work
dissatisfaction as they will find it very hard to follow such policies. Therefore, the organization
need to have meaningful work policies which can be generally acceptable by most of the workers
in the organization (Kiruja, & Mukuru, 2018)

Motivation of Workers
Motivation refers to the reason behind the certain action in people, there two types of
motivation and extrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation refers to the motivation from the
external while intrinsic is from within the person. In order for the organization to achieve certain
objectives and goal, they need to motivate their workers in many ways. One of the ways of
motivating workers is through job promotion or through giving them various gifts. By motivating
workers, the workers will be satisfied to work in the organization and to an extent, their
productivity may increase (Kiruja, & Mukuru, 2018).
Biblical view on Employees Motivation
There are several verses in the bibles which gives guidelines on the relationship which
should exist between workers and employees. An epitome of such verse is in the book of
Colossians 3-2, 4-2 which encourages workers to always have hope because of their new faith
and also to be honest to their masters. While masters are encouraged to always treat their
workers fairly (Gary, 2015). Another verse which talks about motivation is in the book of
Revelation 21 where Christians are encouraged with the New Jerusalem city, a place with no
sorry, no tears and no darkness. By reading that chapter Christian are encouraged to endure all
the suffering on earth for good things await them in the New Jerusalem (Gary, 2015).
In conclusion, employee's satisfaction is very essential in the workplace as it enhances
the productivity of workers in the organization. Therefore, organizations need to find the best
ways of motivating their workers.
