William, thank you for sharing; I enjoyed reading your post. I found your thoughts on
cybersecurity interesting. Keeping the data that had been collected by a company needs to have
the right things in place to safely store them (Bartlett, 2013). Cyber security is needed more often
than one world thing in the business world, but our textbook points out how important it is and
that it is needed secure the storage of information (Ahmed & Khan Pathan, 2019). When you
think of non-profits may would, think that they would not need cybersecurity. Non-profits collect
and keep information about their clients who could be vulnerable or at-risk, like low-income
families, children and the elderly. The information gathered from those kinds of individuals are
at a real threat for cybercriminals to try to steal the information. The financial sources are often
not available to the non-profits to get good cybersecurity which makes them vulnerable to an
attack. With the kinds of information like social security numbers they need to keep on hand, it
can become a real problem. "non-profit organisations, certain breach types are more likely to
occur within specific breach locations based on the organisation's business type" (Ignatovski,
2023). "O Jerusalem, may there be peace within your walls and prosperity in your palaces"
(Psalm 122:7, New Living Translation). God wants us to have peace in all areas of our life. This
means keeping what is important to us safe and at peace. We need to be protecting our work,
home, family and our heart.

Arraud, thank you for sharing; I enjoyed reading your post. Your thoughts on customer-
centric data were inciteful. "We want to know how much value is lost in (1) going without data
that we can collect, (2) compensating for insufficient software, and (3) struggling with data or
computer support that is not customer-centric" (Bartlett, 2013). We can see that the information
about the customers is very important to understand and utilize. The reason the customer's data is
important to know and understanding is to "persuade them to become loyal and long-lasting
customers" (Ahmed & Khan Pathan, 2019). The most important opinion for a company is often
the customers. This is why a company should always want to be improving customer satisfaction
(Shokouhyar et al., 2021). The average customer has already done their own research before
even speaking to someone. With technology and things like Google, they can start to research
their need before making a call or setting foot into the company. Making sure the customer
experience is the best possible is essential to their experience and opinion of the company.
Making sure companies are geared towards a customer-centric culture will allow more successes
than failures for the company. Often the product or service is a main focus for companies. But
how the goods are services are delivered to the customer needs to also be one of the main
focuses. This means making the customer's needs and wants are the driving force behind every
decision making in the companies with the data they have collected.
