Laura, thank you for sharing; I enjoyed reading your post. Your thought on how the
different tools that we can use for data collecting made me think. Having helpful tools for data
collection and processing is always going to be helpful. Each company needs to maintain current
and helpful software to make sure it is meeting the company's needs (Ahmed & Pathan, 2018).
But one rut companies need to make sure we do not do is when they find a valuable tool, and
they don't go back and reevaluate the tool to ensure it is still the best to use. Companies could
also not look to see if there are any new tools out there that are a better fit for the company's
needs. Mistakes are always going to happen in companies across the board (Bartlett, 2013).
"Analytical tools to bridge the gap between what is said and what is done (Lévesque, 2022, p.5).
It is essential to have these tools to take the data that is collected and translate it into information
and data that can be used to move the goals forward in a company. Also, the data that is collected
by the company needs to be used with care so it is able to be used at its right time. "Now these
were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great
eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so" (Acts 17:11, New
Living Translation). We should always be examining things in all areas of our lives to keep in
line with what God wants for us.

Bob, thank you for sharing; I enjoyed reading your post. Your thought about artificial
intelligence was inciteful to read. The impact that data analytics can have on a company and how
they structure its framework can show how the data analytics needs to be grown and used more
in every aspect of the company to enable the leadership to make better and more informed
decisions for future success in the company (Bartlett, 2013). Organizations then shifted to more
productive and profitable ways to conduct business. In the corporate world, there is a shift to
depend on artificial intelligence to provide the data analytics to be used in order to move the
company forward. With the new use of artificial intelligence, it also makes the processing of the
analytic data easier and faster to processes. When a company uses artificial intelligence for the
way they look at their data analytics, they are able to see how the company uses machine
learning. Machine learning is "a computer program or system that can learn specific tasks such
as discrimination or classification without being explicitly programmed to do so" (Ahmed &
Khan Pathan, 2019). The most important thing in the definition that Ahmed & Khan Pathan
provides businesses is the word learning. The machine learning looks at the complete data
picture, and it (along with artificial intelligence), can lead to decision making. Because
companies are using artificial intelligence, it provides the company the capability to analyze a
large amount of the information to see what patterns are established or starting with their
customers, and this also gives the company the ability to make timely decisions in their plans.
For a company to have an "organizational culture directed towards sharing and
exchanging knowledge within a firm among all organizational units and data-based decision-
making" (Al-Khatib, 2022, p. 1027) will only help. Incorporating artificial intelligence will help
a company to build a culture that is able to share information easier.
