Strategic Planning For Diversity in Leadership
One of the most notable things that define the organization is its dedication to creating
opportunities and increasing diversity in a less privileged community. The main perspective
presented by the organization ensures that the sequential process based on education produces
multiple preferred results in multiple fields. It is instructive to note that the organization takes a
highly diversified perspective that ensures that the beneficiaries enjoy benefits that cut across
various social and personal areas relevant to development. Therefore, the leaders have a long-
term vision of the initiatives they implement. These factors effectively demonstrate the leader's
vision of ensuring that multiple departments and sectors play a vital role in the initiative, hence
the involvement of various educational, social, and financial institutions. The leaders are highly
effective in ensuring that they create the best environment for all parties relevant to the initiative.
The distribution of responsibilities effectively increases the efficiency of the various
decisions and initiatives crucial to the organization's strategic plan. This long-term strategy is
also highlighted in the organization's various departments, thus ensuring that there is distributed
risk and cost to various shareholders. This strategy is highly effective, considering it creates an
environment other parties can take without established regulations designed for social, private
and organizational parties. It is instructive to note that the strategic goals implemented by the
leadership ensure that personal and organizational development is the focal point of all the
initiatives taken. Therefore it is conclusive to highlight that diversity is key to the development
of all the parties involved. This approach by the leadership guarantees multiple benefits that are
not only aligned with the task but also with the interest of all parties involved.
The leadership is highly visionary, thus ensuring that the respective goals fit the
environment and parties that the organization seeks to help. It is key to note that the region where
the organization seeks to implement its initiatives is highly diversified in ethnic backgrounds.
This element ensures that the organization collaborates with various partners who are more
conversant with the community and region. The region is highly underserved, thus creating
opportunities that the beneficiaries may highlight as vital to the community's development.
Intellectual materials are also at the core of the leadership's strategy, considering that
beneficiaries can act on the education and resources provided by the organization. It is
instructive to note that the strategy implemented by the leadership is highly targeted, thus
ensuring that the beneficiaries of the policies have direct contact with all the program
participants (Uzarski and Broome, 2019). This factor ensures that inclusion is the focal point of
integrating multiple individuals into the programs. By having multiple perspectives, the
leadership ensures that various predictable and unpredictable barriers are eliminated beforehand.
This effectively guarantees the success of the initiatives implemented by the organization.
Addressing social issues relevant to the community and the region creates a highly supportive
environment for increasing the education levels of the beneficiaries.
Elevating the educational and social standards of the community is an aim that the
leadership implements to construct the best policies suited to the region. An underserved
community requires significant resources to increase various social, personal and organizational
standards. Having multiple shareholders in the community involved in the initiatives ensures that
public participation also plays a key role in creating various initiatives. Therefore it is conclusive
to highlight that the leadership and the organization have a long-term vision in all the areas that
they seek to achieve the highlighted goals.
