Management and Leadership Communication and Behavior Concepts 2
Introduction
Administrative procedures are based on data and information exchange and, on the other
side, the director in his job needs to attain the organization's goals and also needs to know his
employees and guide their conduct in such a manner that this conduct does not at least conflict
with the organizational goals . And all this requires to be in constant contact with them in order
to guide and organize their job and obey them. Given the significance of communications in
governance leadership, organizing them and achieving their efficiency is absolutely essential to
ensure that information and data flow in a constant motion between organizational levels.
.

Three Concepts
First Concept I learn: Achieve Organization Goals by Good Communications:
Communication is the network of work through which information can be collected and is
essential for effective decision-making. It is the means through which decision-making
information is transmitted. It is essential for the implementation of decisions. Communication in
administrative organizations, verbal or non-verbal, formal or informal. In fact, there is no
disagreement about the importance of good communication between individuals within
organizations, because it is the nature of effective communication that it helps to develop social
relations and the spirit of the community, and employees feel their importance and their role in
the success of all the projects that the foundation has done for them because ignoring the worker
Humanity in the organization would lead to resentment and frustration by them, which ultimately
reflects the productive efficiency of the Organization as a whole. “Communication is process that
vital to transmitting and understanding information, in form of verbal or non-verbal cues, is
transmitted via an encoded message by a sender to a receiver who fully understands“.(Satterlee,
2013, p. 120).
Thus, efficient communication was regarded to be the life of any organization. It is
therefore possible to identify a set of goals that internal communication aims to attain: it
coordinates the activities and activities of the organization's multiple departments. “The next
comes with theory. How might we understanding what makes workplace relationships and
communication work? How might we get beyond a simple list of what works and what does not
work? Here, too, a number of scholars have explored how to explain, predict, and ameliorate, if
not prevent, negative workplace communication". (Deluliis, D.2016).

Without internal communication, the organization becomes a group of staff operating
separately, helps to communicate significant data in order to attain the Organization's objectives
and also helps to guide the behavior of people in attaining their objectives.
Second Concept: Motivation at workplace are important:
In many ways, employees are motivated. They will be encouraged once the worker identifies
their work fits for them. Self-determination. It refers to control from his duty that an employee
gets. Impact. Employees have higher capacity to make them more motivated to affect the
organization. Commitment. Employees are more likely to be more motivated as results of close
attachment to the organization. “In order for an employee to be motivated, he must be able to
answer “yes” to all of the following questions: If I give a maximum effort. If I get a good
performance appraisal .If I am rewarded, are the rewards ones that I find personally
attractive? .“(Satterlee, 2013, p. 148).
James 1:2-4 New International Version (NIV)
Trials and Temptations
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, [a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3
because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish
its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
2 Timothy 3:16 NIV
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in
righteousness”.

Third Concept: How to manage Conflict:
One of the reasons why organizations have called for conflict management is the growing
interest in globalization and the low dependence on the authorities to do some work, and the
method of resolving and managing conflict depends on two elements: That is one of the parties
to the conflict on the basis of how much one of them will gain at the expense of the other party
loss. The result of the parties ' calculation is that classis a gain and this element leads to greater
satisfaction. "However, unsolved workplace conflicts are detrimental for all parties. From an
individual perspective workplace conflicts are often negative since it causes people to be
negative, irritable, suspicious, and resentful ". (Bodin Danielsson, Christina.2015).
“Conflict is process that begins when an individual perceives that he or she been
negatively affected by another individual or group. Traditionally, conflict was seen as an
unhealthy element in an organization and managers would seek to avoid it in an attempt to keep
the peace“. (Satterlee, 2013, p. 153). That the manager can deal with the conflict in a positive
way and mitigate its severity by defining the tasks and competencies and the division of roles
and tasks among the staff and coordination among them, he is the main control in the sources of
organizational causes of the conflict. “Constructive conflict can be promoted in group settings
through the use of structured processes, such as the devil's advocate or dialectic approach“.
(Satterlee, 2013, p. 153).
Deuteronomy 1:17 New International Version (NIV)
”Do not show partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike. Do not be afraid of anyone,
for judgment belongs to God. Bring me any case too hard for you, and I will hear it.”
"Workplace conflicts not only have serious consequences at an individual, organizational and
societal level, they are also common ". (Bodin Danielsson, Christina.2015).
