Personality Assessment – Project 1

Abstract
The purpose of this project is to identify my personality type, and take an in-depth
examination of my personality traits to determine strengths and weaknesses, and apply them to
my current organization. In this analysis, I learn how to become a better colleague, subordinate,
and future manager by improving the weaknesses in my personality traits. Furthermore, I
demonstrate how they can be improved upon with respect to Organizational Behavior (OB).
STEP 1 – Personality Assessment
The Jung Typology Test scored me as an “INTJ” personality type, in the following
breakdown: 31% Introvert, 19% Intuitive, 16% Thinking, 41% Judging.
I – Introverted (31%)
According to this test, I have a 31% preference of introversion over extroversion. The
Extroversion/Introversion preference determines if one’s focus is on their outer or inner world
(Mehtab 2019). Introverts find their energy in things rather than people (Mehtab 2019). I would
