PERSONALITY-ORGANIZATIONS 2
Abstract
Identifying personality traits of everyone involved within an organization has the potential to
establish strong corporate culture. Through conducting more in-depth personality assessments
such as the McGraw-Hill Connect site or the Meyers-Briggs personality test; companies can
leverage the strengths and weaknesses of their employees and how they can be utilized to make
cohesive team environments. Through my own personal results as an extrovert, intuitive, feeling,
and judging (ENFJ) individual, I have been able to compare the results to McGraw -Hill Connect
assessment to show the dynamic personality traits and emotional strength I can bring to any
company or team environment. This paper provides a deep overview of my personality insights,
how I can incorporate my strengths, leverage my weaknesses, and how the Holy Spirit can make
a lasting impact on my personal life and professional career.
