Assignment 2: CRI Journal
Step 1: Contextual awareness was the aspect I scored highest in. I believe
this will help me succeed in my future career because I will have the skills
to know what is expected of me in the workplace and the position that I
will hold. Another aspect I scored well in was ownership of learning. I think
this aspect will help me succeed in my future career by providing me with
the strengths of goal setting and staying motivated, therefore taking me to
new levels and positions in my career.!
Step 2: One skill I was lacking included procedural awareness. Improving
the skills would allow me to make an organized plan to climb the corporate
ladder, as well as market myself through resumes, online profiles or other
job-searching documents to bring more opportunities my way. Another
aspect I scored low in was personal awareness. By improving this skill it
would allow me to have a more personal relationship with my coworkers
as well as knowing resources to support me in my career and goals. !
Step 3: My ability to maintain a practice of goal setting can allow me to to
set goals to reach out to beneficial resources.
