Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced Cybersecurity in Modern Organizations
This proposed project examines the role of AI and the capability the modern
organizations can adopt AI to boost and enhance the cybersecurity network. It brings AI to trying
to get a thorough identification of the tools and techniques in artificial intelligence for threat
determination and responses to threats while, at the same time, determining the efficiency of the
tools in the protection of digital resources and the promotion of high-security levels against new
generation cyber insurgency threats in organizations.
Introduction
My name is Sunil Penubarthi Kumar. Born in India, I completed my early education and
earned my first Degree at the University of Mumbai, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Later, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University. As for now, I am a student at Webster University in the USA, working
on a Master's degree in Information Technology Management. What I have most enjoyed
studying is Technology and Cybersecurity, and this passion has led me to my academic goals and
career aspirations. Mandatory activities: apart from my educational processes, I like walking out
in nature and exploring nature. This blend of academic rigour and personal interests shapes my
holistic approach to learning and professional development.

1. Agile Projects
The use of agile has become widely embraced, especially in project management,
especially within software development projects, and has crossed over to other forms of project
development. To address the question: Can one say that the success rates of projects conducted
in an agile framework are higher than the success rates of other projects? Let’s consider evidence
of the effectiveness and success of agile projects and solutions in various settings.
Agile Management and Project Performance
Research carried out in Pakistan among workers in the IT sector showed the benefits of
adopting flexible management on projects. The study further found that this was positive since
agility aspects could help to reduce the negative impact of project complexity (Muhammad et
al.,2021). Transformational leadership competencies assumed the centrality in this complexity
and strategically applied agility. In this study, when agile management is taken in its entirety, it
improves the results of the projects. Thus, agile projects are more successful than traditional ones
(Muhammad et al.,2021).
Quantitative Improvements
Early surveys have indicated various benefits that are attributed to the implementation of
agile project management. For example, there have been reported increases in revenues and
quality by between 10% to 20%, a decrease in cycle time by between 10% to 20%, and a general
cost decrease of 54%; there has also been a decrease in time to market by between 50% to 60%
(Muhammad et al.,2021). In addition, development flexibility has been boosted by implementing
agile methodologies ten times more than the traditional approach. The quantity improvements
give straight evidence that agile projects are way more successful than the ones under the
traditional management approaches.

Comparing Agile and Waterfall
Cross-sectional studies have, over time, depicted that, in general, projects using the agile
approach perform better than those referred to as traditional Waterfall projects. For instance,
according to Ambysoft’s Project Success Rates Survey, the success rate in an agile project was
higher compared to the Waterfall type of project, with 64% against Waterfall 49% (Ambysoft,
2022). This marked difference amplifies the advantages of practising agile methodologies in
outlining successful software project delivery, affirming a general argument that agile projects
are more successful.
Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
A literature review of empirical studies has revealed some essential aspects that represent
the critical success factors of Agile development. These are the integration of all team members,
involvement of the customer within a project, short and repetitive cycles, feedback, and
agile/adaptive planning based on changes in requirements (Ambysoft, 2022). Each of these
factors plays a part in applying agile methodologies in projects and realizing project objectives,
thus supporting the consideration of agile projects as more successful.
Overall Impact of Agile Software Development (ASD)
The empirical studies that have been conducted in an attempt to assess the repercussions
of Agile Software Development (ASD) show positive outcome measures in various dimensions.
In individuals, agility works to increase productivity by optimizing motivation and job
satisfaction. At the organizational level, it improves workforce flexibility and the ability to
respond to changes. In software development, the use of agile methodologies brings about an
increase in speed and efficiency in order delivery. As seen from the project management, the
agility methods enhance the control of projects as well as the risk management.

In conclusion, strong substantiation suggests that agile projects may indeed be less risky
than those conducted employing conventional practices. The specificities of agile practices, the
orientation towards collaboration and the explicit focus on customer value contribute to better
project performance. The results of this research can be useful for scholars and practitioners in
understanding how to improve the likelihood of achieving successful project outcomes by using
agile approaches.
2. Agile Principles
The principles of agility can be applied not only in software development but can also
boost success in other fields. One key principle is focusing on the customer relationship instead
of the contract. Stakeholders can also understand the need for their input, and this can help the
teams working on the projects know what the stakeholders want (Iqbal, 2022). Biannual
evaluations are helpful for making changes according to the client’s opinion because they
encourage teamwork based on their needs.
In the context of Agile Project Management, flexibility and the ability to make
adjustments are inevitable. Acceptance of change as a part of the process enables the teams to
make recommendations based on fresh inputs and keeps the project adequately relevant to its
goals (Iqbal, 2022). Dividing work into milestones and releasing the workable parts frequently
helps in gradual enhancement while giving the stakeholders an outcome that is functional and
suitable for their feedback.
Effective communication, as well as inter- and intrateam cooperation, are crucial (Iqbal,
2022). Engaging, communicating and delegating provide better reassurance that tools enhance
rather than control project outcomes. It is beneficial not to overburden a project with documents,

as this serves to maintain the focus on core goals while always ensuring that documents are kept
to the extent of functional product/service.
Pace management is important in any workplace to avoid excessive strain on workers
and, subsequently, long-term inefficiencies. Delegation to teams enables autonomy and more
creativity due to reliance on the ability of the teams to organize themselves (Agile Alliance.
2024). Pursuing quality and improvement makes work satisfying and enhances the delivered
solutions’ effectiveness and sustainability. Retrospective as a feedback technique to explain and
overcome the situations incurred is crucial for improvement thus giving boost to project success.
3. Personal Experience on the subject
Based on my practical experience managing different projects, I learned that the set of
principles that make up the agility model is applicable not only to IT projects but also to projects
in other domains. In one project, they replaced the conventional Waterfall model with agile since
the goal was to build a marketing campaign. Stakeholder engagement during initiation and at
several points in the process was helpful in identifying needs and potential opportunities for
change. More regular feedback sessions were beneficial for adjusting plans with real-time
feedback
.
It is the level of flexibility that is inherent in agile practices that makes them so potent.
Most projects are very dynamic, and this is why agility's focus on collaboration, improvement,
and delivering value suits it best. Often, there is difficulty when transitioning to agile; however,
the pros include the morale of the teams increases, delivery is fast, and the quality of output is
also high. With Agile, I have changed my attitude toward the management of projects, and I am
confident that Agile will also improve the outcomes of projects in any sphere.

Part 2
Managing stakeholders is crucial for project success. Here are seven specific things
project managers can do to effectively manage stakeholders, along with examples of successful
and unsuccessful relationships from actual companies:
1. Identify Key Stakeholders: Develop a stakeholder map to show all the stakeholders and
their respective roles in relation to the project (Ciric et al., 2022). For instance, Tesla
effectively navigates stakeholders by defining who its investors, buyers, and government
agencies that regulate its electric car production projects are. On the other hand, the lack
of stakeholder identification and management severely hit Boeing in its 737 MAX
scenario and caused immense reputational loss.
2. Understand Stakeholder Expectations and Requirements: Identify the key
stakeholders involved in the project and assess the expectations/requirements that each
can propose. Nike communicates frequently with the current stakeholders in an effort to
understand how the market sees the need for sustainable products, thus working hard to
outcompete other athletic apparel companies.
3. Communicate Effectively: Ensure that stakeholders maintain direct, open, and well-
defined communication with the appropriate parties. Google’s Alphabet Inc. has many
stakeholders, and they handle them efficiently by holding meetings and frequent updates,
especially on projects. In contrast, Theranos should have provided regular information to
the shareholders and the public regarding the practicality of the technology, leading to
legal battles and the company's shutdown.
4. Manage Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate an active plan to manage the relationship
between one and stakeholders. Apple effectively mobilizes stakeholders through its

developer community to improve its iOS platform. On the other hand, Facebook received
a lot of criticism from its stakeholders because the company did not properly
communicate on matters concerning privacy violations of data collected from its users.
5. Resolve Conflicts: Manage conflict and conflict risks in relation to stakeholders.
Microsoft was able to resolve a conflict between stakeholders during its acquisition of
LinkedIn by regulating the matter and maintaining users' trust, thus achieving a
successful integration. In contrast, Uber's conflicts with regulators and drivers have led to
legal challenges and operational disruptions.
6. Monitor Stakeholder Satisfaction: Track the current level of stakeholder satisfaction
and consider it when changing the overall strategies (Ciric et al., 2022). Amazon pays
attention to the customers' feedback and the conditions for the employees that allow the
company to enhance delivery services.
7. Influence Stakeholders: Use influence strategies to gain stakeholder support. This way,
Starbucks effectively manages to capture the attention of stakeholders and, therefore,
motivates them to embrace organizational sustainability efforts since these are aligned
with their core values as far as branding is concerned.
The cases above and below depict that the identification and engagement of key
stakeholders in a project go a long way in determining its success, especially in managing risks.
Failure in stakeholder management has profound implications and adverse effects on
organizations.
