TCP IP breaks up files into packets and passes them from one computer to another. (Garden House
packets of water). Also sends instructions to put the packets back together. (Cannot open file until
packets are all put back together correctly)
If youtube used TCP/IP it would not exist instead it runs on UDP; allows to open files before you get all
the packets but does not guarantee their correct.
