Introduction
Archvision is a company in Canada that was established between 1997 and 1998 by a
group of small architects who wanted to address the issues of creating highly detailed and
realistic 3D model softwares. The following essays will clearly show the opportunities and the
market the company aims to get, the competition Archvision 3D faces from similar companies
involved in developing the visualization softwares and finally, the technology the company used
to create this softwares and models.
Archvision 3D has helped create 3D models, provided Canada is one of the countries that
appreciate real estate, advancements in technology, and the need to satisfy the need to design
architectural Visualization (3D, 2023). The company will help develop projects related to real
estate since the need to create models for houses is increasing in cities, especially in Vancouver.
Also, we aim to improve marketing and advertising as the 3D models will be able to create
content for branding and promotional materials for architectural firms and developers. In
technological advancement, we can improve Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to advance
the simulated environment.
The market we will target includes real estate developers, architectural firms, companies
that design houses' interiors, and construction companies. Developers for real estate can use 3D
visualization software to create simulations of decent homes (Inzerillo et al., 2024). 3D
Visualization provides clear images; interior designers require visualization software to create
decent house designs. Other important customers include construction companies, government
agencies planning new City projects, and marketing firms that promote real estate and design
products.

Archvision 3D visualization uses a particular type of technology known as RPC, an
image-based technology that allows designers to create and include images of different objects
inside the design. These objects can include images of people's natural features like trees and
cars. The technology most used is in creating animations, designing 3D models, and creating
computer-aided designs. Software programs, including Autodesk's 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Revit
and Adobe Photoshop, are known to function well with the RPC since it allows you to make
different and more real images within your project and make them look real by the tools used
within the 3D Archvision (3D, 2023).
Archvision will likely experience competition from companies that produce similar
products, such as 3D visualization software (Technologies, 2024). For instance, 3dverse is one of
the competitors of Archvision 3d Visualization and is located in Canada. It offers platforms for
creating 3D content and models, just like Archvision; it is cloud-based and was founded in 2019.
Clay3D from the United States, established in 2021, is another possible competitor as it provides
software for reviewing 3D models. ARBA3D organization in Toronto allows the designer to
create 3D models from several images. Above is a set of organizations that give Archvision
competition by giving a competitive market in Canada related to visualization services and
products.
To conclude, Archvision is one of the most important companies that provides software
that has helped in real estate, making house designs, especially interior design and architectural
Visualization. Real estate developers and interior designers are the target markets. RPC
technology creates lively designs involving different images to satisfy these markets' needs.
3dverse, Clay3D and ARBA3D offer a competitive market to Archvision 3D visualization since
they offer similar services.
