I. Introduction:
A. Hook: Growing social network advertising investment (Nevarez & Torres, 2015)
a. 5 billion US dollars in social media in 2011
b. 10 billion US dollars in social media in 2013
c. over 35 billion US dollars in online advertisement in 2011
B. Background information:
a. The emergence of social networking sites in 2000 (Edosomwan et al., 2011)
b. Popularity of social media; used by companies (Smits & Mogos , 2013)
C. Thesis statement: Although it is uncontrollable to make false information appear in advertisement on social media, business should still use social media due to the cost is cheaper, and it provide new models and new way of communicating to merchants and customers.

· Reduce the cost
a. Take time and a large budget (traditional marketing)
b. Get a chance to access the global market with the lowest cost

· New models and contacts between customers and merchants

In SBSI survey, 61% of small business owner use social media to find and attach new costumers (Taneja & Toombs, 2014).

Post preferences and Suggestions (Vries, Gensle & Leeflang, 2017)
Example: questionnaires on apps, such as face book, twitter
3) Social media helps ads come to life naturally
Advertising is not just in the form of posters.
Some people also post pictures, video or words on social media.
Example: YouTube: Some people recommend products as advertisements to attract consumers (Gupta, Singh, Sinha, 2017)
