Reader Analysis Chart
You will create your own Reader analysis chart based upon readers from an imagined company that you work for. Your chart needs to include your primary reader, secondary reader, gatekeeper, and tertiary reader.
Please use the below scenario to create the chart:
1. You work for a large accounting agency that is losing employees to smaller firms, and you would like for your company to institute late-start Mondays. You should include why this would be beneficial for the employees and the company as well. You should do some internet research to learn how a morale-based incentive like this might actually help with employee retention and benefit the company as well.
Base the needs, values, and attitudes for the readers you imagine on one of these two scenarios. At the top of your chart, please tell us which scenario you have chosen.
