additional information that might be helpful in your search. If the show is on
Broadway or on national tour you might also find that company's website to
give further information.
3) The CRITIQUE: What are you listening for/analyzing? Who is the main
performer(s) and what role is he/she doing? Please (in a short paragraph) give
your personal critique of each performance. What is in this performance (full
orchestration or piano, dance, singing, was it comedic or dramatic, were the
characters/actors believable, was it farcical in nature or presented in a
"heightened" manner, etc., etc.) and did you like it or not like it?
4) You may choose to view professional and/or amateur productions...it is up to you.
The preferred choice would be to view the selection from a full production,
cabaret performance, and/or from the Tony Awards AFTER the year 2000.
DO NOT CHOOSE A MOVIE VERSION.
FORMAT:
A) Please create this document in MS Word.
B) Please include an active hyperlink that shows the example you watched so that
I may compare it with your critique.

names are placed in "quotations." Points will be taken off for those found to
not be in this prescribed format. Thank you!
