Your team’s Case Analysis Paper should outline your team’s response to the initial prompt and take into consideration how the judges scored your team’s analysis during each section of your presentation.

Initial Prompt: You are part of a leadership team for one of the companies in the case. You are tasked with recommending a plan of action to your board of directors to address your company’s top 3 concerns related to the rise of the AV industry. Specifically, you were tasked with:

·

· Addressing the judges as your board of directors and telling them the company you represent

· Describing the top 3 concerns facing your company and why (concerns to address include but are not limited to: the technology, public perception/attitudes, ethical dilemmas, legal questions, infrastructural challenges, pricing/market shifts, safety concerns, job loss and/or creation, and privacy/security concerns)

· Recommending a plan of action to address each concern, backed by evidence from the case and any additional research

Scores & Feedback from Round 1: Scores for your Round 1 Presentation are posted as a comment on Canvas in your Round 1 Presentation assignment submission. To access the shared google doc, you must be logging in with your ONID credentials.

Instructions

Case Analysis Paper Requirements:  Your Case Analysis Paper should address your board of directors and provide a summary of the top concerns facing your company related to the rise of the AV industry and your team’s plan of action in overcoming these challenges. In your paper, include the following:

·

· An introduction, outlining the company you represent, what you do, and the values or mission that you hold as members of your company’s leadership team

· Identification of each of your company’s top 3 concerns and your plan of action for each

· Clearly identify the concern and articulate why it qualifies as a top concern for the company; include a detailed explanation of what the concern encompasses

· Provide a detailed plan of action, including why it is your recommended path forward

· Explain the benefits the board could expect from the actions and any unintended consequences the company might face

Additional Guidelines:

· Your paper should focus on analysis, not on doing a “book report” or summary of the case.

· Data or evidence should be used as appropriate to back up your arguments or your team’s reasoning.

· There should be evidence that your team incorporated information based on the scores you received during your Round 1 presentation. Refer to your judges' feedback shared via comment in your Round 1 Presentation Submission to see where your team needed to add greater depth to your analysis.

· Your team’s final paper should be approximately 8 pages, double spaced (approximately 300 words for your introduction and 750 words for each of your 3 concerns + recommended plans of action.
