Your Managerial Toolkit: A Must Have for Healthcare Leaders

Background on this toolkit: This toolkit was created to offer you additional materials, tools, and resources for this course with specific consideration to various course activities including the final project. Please note that some of the resources below could be placed into several different categories for the functions of management, and if you identify a resources below that you would like to use for the course during a different week's activities, then this is completely acceptable.

The idea of the toolkit is to provide you, the manager, with resources that can support you as you grow in your professional career, and support you during your academic path, while adding to your personalized toolkit as you continue on your journey. These resources are some of the key items that many of us wish we would have had, when we started our careers.
