Finals Assignment Instructions

Everyone has low levels of imbalance from one side of the body to the other, such as your dominant hand being stronger. But if one side of your body, either generally or a specific part, is substantially stronger or more flexible you should identify and begin to equalize it. Otherwise, the more dominant side will continue to get stronger or more flexible than the other side, so that over time you can be increasing the imbalances that are present

Compare Your Left & Right Sides

When you notice an imbalance in your body, compare the action and responses of the left and right sides of your body can help you identify the specific areas that need attention. Identify the differences you experience, what you think the origins are and anything that you can do to try to equalize the imbalance.

· Why are they there?

· What habits of movement and alignment made them develop?

· What can you do to begin to equalize the differences that are present?
